You can easy to get the foods and supplements you need. Sports facilities available on the ground floor (Check the availability with host before use). A cat and dog is also live in this house, recommend to who like pets and animals.

The property is in a residential area, nothing much.There is a convenience store downstairs, which is very convenient.The room is very beautiful and comfortable ~

Close to the mrt/train and lotus pond. Nice kitchen for cooking. However not that much besides the train station in the area, not many local restaurants.
