Located 10 minutes from Mortagne au Perche and Bellême, two towns classified as small towns of character. You can admire the basilica of Notre Dame de Montligeon, 10 minutes from the studio. Lovers of history and old stones, you can see many mansions in the region. We are close to the forests of Bellême, Réno Valdieu, as well as the greenway, ideal for quiet bike rides. Many local producers: Cider mill, cheese maker, organic vegetables & others.

Calm, tranquility and disconnection guaranteed (with good Wifi anyway ;)) In the village, a farm (champs Romet) offers organic fruit/vegetables, meat and local groceries (Friday to Sunday). The charming villages of La Perrière and Bellême are 10 minutes away by car.
