This newly renovated and beautifully decorated vacation home is on a private treed lot with plenty of green space for kids and adults to play. The property has 3 bedrooms, a loft, 2.5 bathrooms, fully equipped kitchen, large dining area, bright living room, covered front porch, large side deck. The cottage sleeps 10 people. The “Kenzie B” cottage is a newly built cottage with unique features throughout like a sliding steel barn door, a steel shower and old barn beams along the ceiling. The covered veranda off the front of the cottage provides you with stunning views of the tidal river and a private hot tub overlooks the river as well. Swim, boat, float, whatever you wish, the river awaits! We also have a motorized floating picnic table for rent if you'd like to explore the river some more.
