This was an awesome place for my daughter, her family and I to spend time sightseeing Boston while also letting the kids (and ourselves) relax with some beach time. Access to the Boston sights was easy with our rental car, though I think we could have done it well using the “T” which is a 10 minute walk. The house is giant, and the bedrooms on the upper level allowed the grandpa (me) to go to sleep at a reasonable hour while the kids hung on the lower level. The kitchen has all we needed to cook, though there are restaurants a short walk or a drive. One thing that I loved was that the place was spotless clean and NONE of the little things like loose knobs or broken shades. Oh, and a giant washer/dryer made cleaning up after the beach easy. I consider this the best of the AirBnB homes I’ve visited.

Thank you for sharing your home! I found this a very convenient location to the T which brought us right to downtown Boston. I especially appreciated the umbrella that was left for use in the living room as I forgot mine and it was a rainy weekend. This apartment was spotless and I loved the espresso machine!

The flat was very clean and Daniel is a good host. As long as you get your timing right for the nearest tube line it's very convenient to access the centre of Boston

The place was stunning and close to Boston Commons and all the tourist attractions. Jay was wonderful and came over to greet us and talk about all the amenities and getting around Boston. We loved the place and looking forward to staying again!

Very conveniently located apartment on Beacon Hill. Apartment is on an alley off of a street so generally quite quiet. Spacious accommodations on two floors- bedroom, bathroom and living room on upper floor and kitchen and dining area below. The apartment is off of an uphill street, but that's part of the charm.

The place was spacious with plenty of rooms and bathrooms so everyone had their space and could relax during our visit. The parking was easy and the little touches like bottles of water, coffee available, super comfortable beds, and a couple snacks made settling into our stay easy and kicked off a fun visit to the area!

As a superhost myself I understand what it takes to have a top listing and Peter definitely hits the mark. The apartment has everything you need and then some. It had Toto Japanese toilets in both bathrooms and everything you might need for a short or long term stay right where you expect it. The beds are super comfortable and living room kitchen is very large and comfortable. Parking is easy on the street in front of the house. We also took the T into Boston several times and it’s an easy walk.

We had a wonderful stay at this gem of a home. Their place is in a quiet neighborhood but walking distance to downtown Swampscott and a delicious Italian restaurant. The house is super cozy and inviting so if you need a break from exploring, there’s plenty that is provided for a day in. All-in-all, 10/10, and if and when we come back to the area, we are def staying here again.

This was such a charming place in a wonderful location. Griffin and Carolyn were responsive and took really good care of us. They are great hosts who we highly recommend and would book with again!

We had a fantastic stay at Louisa’s beautiful place! The home was spotless, filled with great natural light, and equipped with everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The location was perfect—just a short walk to Harvard, making it incredibly convenient. Our time here was not only enjoyable but also highly productive, thanks to the peaceful atmosphere and charming surroundings of this lovely street. We will definitely be returning to Louisa’s amazing home, where we truly felt like we had a home away from home. A special thanks to Louisa and James for their hospitality and for making this trip so wonderful and unforgettable.

What more can I say that hasn't already been said by other guests? The place was perfect for our 35th anniversary get-a-way. Darryl was so on top of things. We had a question and it was answered within 2 minutes. He really is a SUPER HOST.

We had a great stay at this South Boston condo! The location was perfect—just a short walk to the Convention Center, and the Seaport area, making getting around the city extremely simple. The space was spotless and clearly well cared for. Communication with the host was smooth and responsive throughout. The main bedroom was quiet and had a great work setup with a desk. The lower bunk bed is set directly on the floor, which actually worked out well—smaller adults in our group found it comfy and easy to sleep on. Parking was limited, but we found street parking without much trouble. Overall, a clean, convenient, and well-located spot—we’d definitely stay here again!

We very much liked staying there. It is a nice neighborhood and very close to South Bay shopping mall with many restaurants and easy and convenient shopping. It is also very close to all major attractions in Boston but much quieter environment. Our host, Marian was extremely helpful, proactive and super responsive, the best we have had so far in our trips. I strongly recommend this place to families.

We loved Andy’s place! Comfortable beds, hot strong shower, very roomy. Two balconies! Shops, restaurants, diners, grocery stores, discount stores, all in easy walking distance. There are quite a lot of steps to get up to the apartment, but they’re well-lit and there are hand rails everywhere. My sister lives less than a mile away from Andy’s house and doesn’t always have room for all of us. We’ll definitely be back!

This was the second time we had stayed at Kristin’s. We loved it so much last year we had to come back! Nothing beats the view from the rooftop deck. Everything you need, to include ample public water access, is just a short walk. We plan on making this a yearly stay. The fact you can bring your pup is an added bonus!

Quintessential New England historic experience. It’s. It every day one get to stay in the home of a Revolutionary War Navel Captain, let alone one that fought a pivotal battle on the Hannah. The home, while over 200 years old is cozy, clean with just enough modern features to Make it comfortable and convenient. The manager, Rachel is responsive, pro-active and a delight to deal with.

Philip’s apartment was better than expected. Very clean and large. Great value for a roomy 3 bedroom. The kitchen was stocked with everything we needed. The neighborhood was surprisingly quiet. We enjoyed the walkability of the location because we just left our car parked in the lot behind the apartment and walked or took the T everywhere. It was also nice to have a Whole Foods down the street and top notch coffee and ice cream only a few blocks away. Philip’s place was probably the nicest Airbnb that we’ve stayed in. Thanks, Philip, for a great family visit to Boston!

Reda was so wonderful with us!! Extremely communicative and friendly, the apartment is exactly like the pictures and so much better in person. My family & I had a great time in Boston but the apartment was definitely a big highlight. I recommend this place 10/10🩵

This was my first time using airbnb, Charley made it a breeze. The space was great and organized well, very impressed by his use of the space and amenities his place offered. It was close enough to everything we needed , very walkable and being close to the water was an added bonus. Our daughters enjoyed going down during low tide and looking at the little crabs. His instructions were very clear, and great communication, check in and check out was simple. It had everything we needed and was nice to come back to after a long day of site seeing. Everything exceeded my expectations, I highly recommend staying here.

This place is an absolute Gem! Great location and Phil was amazing, friendly and so very welcoming. Would stay here again and highly recommended!!! There was 4 of us and it was perfect. The amenities were great. Beautiful home in a fantastic neighborhood.

We stayed at Karina's condo for 4 days and loved it! It's close to Fenway Park, subway trains, restaurant's, & local markets. Behind the unit is a beautiful path/park (Southwest Corridor Path) that leads you toward city center. Highly recommend this route if you're exploring the city by foot. We also loved the bathroom shower! We would stay here again & highly recommend!

We had a great stay. The home is nicely remodeled, with high-end appliances and fixtures. Had everything we could want for our stay. Hosts were responsive, and checked in on us earlier in our stay to see how things were going, which is always a nice touch. Would stay here again.

It was great overall! Nice little area in Boston. Quiet at night and was easy to find with great instruction from the host! We parked in the Clarendon Parking Garage for the night and it was a quick walk.
