Lovely house! Great for the price you pay, excellent location, very close to beach and shops! A nice tidy home to chill in for a nice weekend away!

A very well appointed and looked after air bnb. It has everything you need for a short stay. Great amenities, location and clean. It is also well decorated and aesthetically pleasing and comfortable. Good beds and quality linens. It's a great base spot for exploring the Flinders side of the Peninsula. Thankyou, we would definitely return.

This was my first visit to Australia and I'm so pleased I booked Tanya and Tims accommodation for my two week stay. A beautiful comfortable, clean apartment in an ideal location. In walking distance to public transport and lots of restaurants. Being opposite the beach and not far from St Kilda Pier is an added bonus. Everything is supplied to make your stay as comfortable as possible and Tanya and Tim are very responsive to queries. I was given a late checkout due to an evening flight which was very much appreciated. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend this apartment to future guests and will definitely book again for anymore visits to St Kilda.

Pictures don't do Janette's place justice - Everything was immaculate and we really loved staying here! A lot of little touches throughout the home like the bed heater made the whole place very comfy and it was greatly appreciated. Janette was responsive and very helpful as well.

We loved the interior of the unit, outside needs improving. Sofia was very nice helpful. We would definitely stay here again. Access to beach could not be better.

Upon checking in by chance I met Leanne in the apartment complex. We had a chat about St Leonard’s & the surrounding areas, which was invaluable. The apartment was perfect with a wonderful outlook to the water & very comfortable outdoor furniture. All areas inside the apartment were as described not one fault found. Looking forward to a return trip in the future

Matt & Talal's home is beautifully furnished, smelt gorgeous on arrival and very clean. We enjoyed the projector, the outside furnishings on the deck were great to sit and enjoy the afternoon sun. Close walking distance to the back beach, walkable to cafes and nice quiet street. We loved the extra details around the property that really elevated the entire vibe and enjoyment. Lovely soaps, hair care and oil burners are the extra little things that make a stay really enjoyable. The linen was so cozy and doona was super warm! Kitchen and laundry were well equipped, great coffee machine, laundry was easy to use and washer & dryer was fantastic! Overall super aesthetic home that is well looked after!

Very nice place! Excellent equipment in the house, basically everything you need and even more. Good location, close to Melbourne, Great Ocean Road, peaceful and quiet neighborhood. Highly recommended.

We have stayed here twice and are already planning our next trip. Place is across the road from the beach and great walking tracks. We have stayed here with a 7 year old child and again as a group of friends. This place suits both types of situations perfectly. Highly recommended.

Marisa was really helpful and.easy to deal with. the house was perfect for two families, with enough space for.kids and adults alike. it's hard to tell from the pics but it's bigger than we had imagined! definitely recommend for families looking for an affordable summer spot on the peninsula that makes you feel at home :)

We had a wonderful stay at Lauren’s place. The house is spacious, clean and well appointed - including a cupboard full of toys, which our toddlers absolutely loved! Check in and check out were very easy (with a late check out kindly offered by Lauren) and we felt right at home from the get go. Lauren is a friendly, responsive and helpful host. We had a wonderful experience staying at Daniella’s place. The home was exactly as described. Very clean, comfortable, and well-equipped with everything we needed. The check-in process was smooth, and communication was quick and easy the entire time. The neighborhood was quiet and safe, with great access to the beach and Sorrento I’d absolutely stay here again. Our family thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Andrea’s place! It had a games room, walkable to all the main spots in Rye. Andrea was awesome to communicate with and super friendly and helpful! Would definitely recommend and will be back again!!

Such a beautiful home, the whole house was perfect for our visit. Very comfy beds, great outdoor area which was beautiful to sit out during the day and night. Well equipped kitchen and amazing shower! Our boys loved the cubby house and all the toys. The kids bedroom was perfect! Narelle was really helpful checking in to see if we needed a portacot and high chair. Our dog felt like a queen in the dog bed! Thanks for having us!

Wonderful stay! Very clean, comfortable, quiet and a great location. Easy access into St Kilda and tram into city centre. Hayley was very responsive to any questions pre stay and during. Lots of additional unexpected extras left to eat/ drink and use which is always greatly appreciated when travelling. Would throughly recommend for a short or longer stay. Would suggest a few more serving dishes needed. Shower and bath great, just be aware water comes out very, very hot! The apartment is well situated with a tram stop into the city just across the road. Very close to the arts precinct and parks. There are a couple of great coffee shops within 5 minutes so easy for breakfast. Woolworths and BWS are a 5 minute walk away and there is a fantastic wine shop downstairs as well. A 10 minute walk takes you to all the restaurants on Southbank. The apartment is spacious and well set out with everything you need for your stay, with great view from the balcony. Definitely recommend the apartment for a stay and would stay again next time we visited from Perth. Thank you for making our trip so enjoyable.

We had such a nice stay at Ros and Andrew’s place. The apartment is great, very well equipped and quiet. The location is perfect, very close to the beach and only a few minutes walk from cafes and restaurants. Ros and Andrew are excellent hosts. Mia place is in a great location, walking distance to beach, off-leash dog parks and main Port Melbourne street full of cafes, shops and pubs. There is also public transport nearby to enable further travel to Melbourne main tourist spots. Highly recommend this Airbnb.

The location was perfect, with beautiful view of city and the ocean. It was easy to communicate with Jim. We enjoyed exploring the area and found plenty of great dining options nearby. Overall, our experience was nothing short of amazing. Definitely recommend this place.
