It is a place where you can unplug, recharge and reconnect with the beauty of the local Yucatecan environment. Chuburna is a tiny fishing village with approx. 2800 residents. Every detail about Casa Ixtul has been carefully curated to ensure a relaxing and restful stay. Stay a few days, a week or two at Casa Ixtul. The longer you stay, the more you relax and reconnect with yourself and nature.

Wake up to the view of the ocean, open the glass doors and enjoy the fresh sea air. Ground floor with ocean views from the bedroom, kitchen and living room. Fully equipped 1-bedroom, 1-bathroom in a 2-story house. AC in bedroom, bathroom with hot water, private oceanfront terrace. The courtyard with pool, as well as the covered parking is shared with the upstairs apartment. We strive to create a peaceful, relaxing environment. Maximum occupancy is limited to two (2) adults.

Enjoy Telchac Beach, located on the 3rd floor, spacious master bedroom with space to work remotely. Terrace facing the sea and sunsets. Fully equipped kitchen with stove, oven, coffee machine, etc. Laundry, washer and dryer( only for stays longer than 1 week). Very fast wifi so you can stay connected or work. Swimming pool for the building with hammocks and sunbeds. Located only one block from the beach, 10 minutes walk distance to the town downtown.
