Garden Retreat - Loire Valley

Our 'Garden Retreat' is a tranquil, elegantly furnished cottage overlooking a sunken garden. The accommodation has a bedroom (queen-sized bed), a fully-equipped kitchen, a sitting area with a sleeper-sofa, and a small office mezzanine. The garden is large with multiple places to sit and enjoy the shade or the sun. The Loire River itself is only 150 yards from the flat. Large individuals take note: the shower is a standard 67cm x 67cm. Although we love pets; but we have a one pet only policy.

La Loge du Château de Sonnay - 4* Gîte for 2

Located within the grounds of the wooded park of the Château de Sonnay, in Touraine, in the outbuildings of its vineyard in AOC Chinon, the Relais de Sonnay offers 3 furnished tourist accommodations, restored in a high-end spirit respectful of traditional materials and know-how. Here you are offered "La Loge Fernand de Saint-Éxupéry", with a capacity of 2 people, accessible to PRMs: a space of 50 m², located on the ground floor of a pretty Touraine house overlooking a private courtyard.

Full of character and charm, thick local limestone stone walls keep the house cool in summer yet cosy during the colder, truffle-hunting months. The covered terrace is perfect for alfresco dining and has an uninterrupted view of the gardens.

The Prairie cottage welcomes you in a green and tranquil setting. From the outset, nature takes back its rights. Here you can observe many wild animals.
