Uli’s place was perfect for what we needed. He provided us with all the necessities to make our stay easier and comforting. The terrace has a wonderful Mountain View and is definitely the highlight of the place. The host was knowledgeable about the surrounding areas and was super friendly. I would definitely stay here again

Beautiful location with a breathtaking view. It's a short drive from the busier Stehat but it was easy enough to get to the beach. Property was clean and had everything we needed. The caretaker was super accomodating and helpful while the host was quick to answer any questions we had. 5 star!

Uli is a nice and understanding host. Very respectful and chill. The place is not a 5 star hotel obv, but it’s clean, quiet, and isolated from noises yet close to city center by car. I recommend 👍🏽

Mahmoud was active in helping people, communicating quickly, helped a lot, and there was still room to improve on the experience of the house, hoping to get better.I like the rooftop because I have been doing my daily exercise on it, the temperature difference inside and outside the mountain greenhouse is big, the rooftop is warm and suitable for exercise and relaxation.It is very convenient to go out and buy things in the surrounding area. You can go up the mountain in both directions. You can explore the living environment of ordinary people on one side, and the tourist area on the other side, which is very rich.Hope to go again!I love Daiyama!

Hospitality, communication and service were excellent

Such a great hosting and the place is soo beautiful, a cosy place and near by everything in the city, the community is adorable and super nice 😊

We highly recommend this place if your in Chef. Its clean and very close to the souk's. most important - barbara our host is excellent. He helped us with parking and helped us around the place. he recommended where to visit etc. He also gave us a sneak peak into his new hotel complex that he is just finishing up and that looks spectacular. I would return back just to stay in there. We did have an issue with hot water but barbara helped out quickly to fix the issue. i would highly recommend this stay as its good value for money. Also, u need a host who is their to genuinely help you.

Mari and the other staff are friendly and always proactive in offering support, and this place attracts wonderful guests! Of course, the room is clean and lovely, with beautiful interior design and lots of charming art. I’ve traveled to many places, but I especially loved the terrace and the comforter—it was so cozy and high quality :) I’ve truly fallen in love with Chefchaouen, and I’d love to come back again!

We were 3 women and we all loved the apartment, which was spacious, light and airy with its own terrace. Thierry built/renovated the place during Covid, capturing the old city charm while ensuring attention to functional details like enough hooks in the bathroom and good lighting. The location was also great - just one minute walk from Bab Souk gate, so easy to access by car, but also easy to walk around the old city. Also quiet (except for call to prayer at 5 am which only woke us up once). Very comfortable beds with nice linen and down pillows. Thierry’s responded quickly to communications and was helpful in arranging transfers for us from Fes and to Tangier at reasonable prices - much cheaper than the price we were quoted by our host in Fes.

Spacious and clean space. In a bedroom a bed in 140 a little small for me it would take a minimum of 160. In the other bedroom 2 bunk beds in 140 with a bathroom (shower and toilet in the same room) then a bathroom and a toilet (2 different rooms which is nice). nice roof terrace and an inner courtyard with 2 nice turtles. Finally the big +++ Thierry the extremely nice French host who is really in his element congratulations to him for what he did. I really recommend this place
