This farmhouse, which is also our secondary residence, is located in a small hamlet in the countryside, close to the prestigious sites of the Loire Valley and Cher (Chenonceau 15 km, Royal City of Loches 12 km and state forest 6 km, Montrésor, Amboise, Chaumont...). Fields as far as the eye can see and birdsong for company. The interior decor combines the charm of the old and the comfort of the contemporary. No events or parties are allowed.

Athée-sur-Cher: Old sailor's house in a small village on the banks of the Cher. Two large bedrooms upstairs, large garden. Large living room and dining room, with fireplaces. In the heart of the Loire Valley Castles, the location of the Gîte des Sables allows you to quickly access the castles of Loches and Chenonceau, Clos Lucé d'Amboise and Beauval Zoo. The cottage is located on the Indre bike path. Essential shops (bakery, grocery, bar-tobacconist) are 500 m away. The cottage, adjoining our house, has a separate entrance and a private courtyard. Accommodation fully restored in 2022.
