It is so peaceful just to look outside with the big windows or just grab a drink and have some fresh air on the deck. Long Island is only a 45 minute ferry ride from Portland and this quiet island is great for anyone looking to get away from the stress of the mainland. You will see breathtaking sunsets and will have access to the best beaches in the bay! The house also comes with a golf cart to use during your stay and will be left at the dock for you.

The Kettle Cove neighborhood is beautiful, relaxing, safe, quiet. Kettle Cove and Crescent beaches are a stroll away. We live in a 200 year-old farmhouse, and we love to host guests at our guesthouse, which is separate and private. The wide lawn, fire-pit, and BBQ are open for our guests. We are quiet, friendly, inviting, and respectful of our guests' space and privacy.

Cottage on Todd Bay

Autumn is nearly here, and the maples are turning red along the road down from Bath. Days are warm but crisp, and nights are chilly; our guests on Todd Bay have begun building evening fires in the wood stove. We still have a few more available nights in October for fall getaways -- and we're starting to look ahead to May and the 2027 season!
