The house is equipped with 2 bedrooms with double beds (orthopedic mattresses brand new), a living room with 3 beds, a kitchen equipped with a refrigerator as well as a stove, washing machine, microwave, barbecue,brand new. It also has a garage which serves as a disembarkation area. Rooms, living room and kitchen each has an air conditioning. There is 1 large veranda and a 300m lot that serves as a parking lot. It is a 1-minute walk from the beach, pizzeria restaurant "La Barque".

It can be accessed through its independent entrance with parking.
