Fitness-friendly holiday rentals in Cheatham County

Had a great visit to Nashville. This unit was in great location close to downtown. Easy walking distance. There is an abundance of rentable scooters and bikes should you decide not to walk. Very safe area and environment. Someone at front desk at all times. This place has the best workout facility we have ever come across. Great restaurants and bars near. The unit was very nice, clean and perfect for our stay. We did not have a car so can’t speak to parking but appeared to be plenty of parking. Lyft drivers were great.

Bright & beautiful home. Great city views. A fantastic place to stay for anyone who enjoys the country music scene. Easy walk to hub of activities but far enough away to enjoy a break. Parking available for one car in a covered garage. Beds are comfy, linens clean, plenty of towels and fully equipped kitchen with plenty of space to move around. Hosts were very responsive & easy to communicate with. We would come back & we would highly recommend to friends & family.

We wanted to book an Airbnb for CMA fest and found Latoya’s listing. It was everything as promised. The place was very neat and tidy, as was the pool. Everything we wanted to do was in walking distance which was perfect. Latoya and Deontris made sure we were well taken care of snack wise and toiletries wise. They kept us well informed of any nearby performances happening for CMA fest, and answered any questions we had in a very timely manner. I highly recommend and would book again!

Place was as described, clean and quiet. Broadway was a walkable distance for me and my wife. The parking in the garage was also nice not having to drive really anywhere. Megan answered any questions I had. Nice little unit for a couple and close to Broadway.

I’m so glad I ended up staying at the Pine Street flats in The Gulch neighborhood upon my first visit to Nashville. The apartment building felt like home immediately- check-in instructions were very clear, and there was everything I could have needed throughout my stay. Such a great location, walkable to many delicious restaurants, coffee shops, shops, and notably, Rudy’s Jazz Room (a must see) right down the street. The neighborhood was quiet at night for sleeping, and I felt safe to walk around. It was also within 15-20 min walking distance (or a very short uber) to so many great neighborhoods, including Broadway. I’d also like to highlight that my host was fantastic- incredibly responsive to any questions or immediate concerns I had throughout my stay, which were instantaneously resolved. I would recommend staying here to anyone visiting Nashville!

They really went the extra mile to make sure that the house was stocked with any necessities from hair dyers to sun screen for pool days. We had such a fun stay and can’t wait to go back.

Great place to stay for a trip to Nashville! A short walk to broadway, with lots of things to do around the unit! Pool was also a great to have during the summer heat! The unit itself self is great, everything you’d need for a weekend! Naomi was very communicative and helpful with any and all requests, would definitely recommend!

Amazing stay! Stayed during CMA Fest week and it was super walkable (a little more than a mile) to all CMA Fest activities and Nissan stadium. The property was quiet, clean, and just as described. I felt safe even walking at night. Bekah gave clear check in and check out instructions. Would stay again!

Great stay for first time in Nashville! The place was clean and homey. It was nice being next to the river. We walked around Germantown and was a short Uber ride to Broadway.

Great location, lovely river view when hanging out or working from the condo. We didn’t have a car, but it was very walkable to restaurants and plenty of scooters or e-bikes nearby too. Good internet for working remote, my boyfriend and I both worked remote during our stay with no issues. We stayed a little over a week and used the laundry facilities, they have an app to pay which was great! Todd was a great communicator and responsive.

We stayed here for CMA fest and found it to be very convenient! One mile to Broadway and Nissan stadium. Walkable but plenty of scooters nearby and cheap Ubers. The space was exactly as pictured and a great place to have for a few nights!

Our stay was amazing! It was Super clean, well-stocked with everything we needed, and in a perfect location. It felt like a home away from home. My kids loved it so much—they’re already asking when we can go back! The host was friendly and responsive, and every detail was just right. Highly recommend everything is as pictured. It’s such cute condo! We’d absolutely stay here again!

The condo was perfect for our visit for CMA Fest. Such a great location, bonus: lots of available parking and very safe area. Everywhere we went was walkable & hosts gave great recommendations for restaurants, bars, grocery shopping and entertainment nearby. The place was clean, offered a lot of amenities and we would definitely love to stay there again. Thank you for a memorable trip!

The space is gorgeous! Just the right size for a quick get away and close enough to broadway to get there in a reasonable time, but not too close to hear the music/bars on a night in!

The apartment was great, very clean, and spacious. We especially loved the large and comfortable couch. Amy was fantastic and responsive. Things to note - the neighborhood is in the middle of gentrification and we didn't feel comfortable walking around. That said, it was only a short drive to everything. Also the pool is rather small.

We were there for a quick weekend in Nashville and this place was perfect! The unit was clean and the decorations were cute. The unit was more spacious than expected which was a plus. The unit faces the back of the building and it was on a relatively quiet street, and street parking was available for additional cars. Broadway is about a 30 min walk or a 7 minute uber (we ubered since they were relatively cheap; average $12). It was also close to The Gulch which was awesome. The host was responsive when we had a question about parking and even let us check in a little early! I would recommend this place and likely book again!

The 1865 is a wonderful place to stay. It is conveniently located to many restaurants and shops. The building was awesome, very quiet and relaxed atmosphere. The apartment was very clean and had everything we needed for our stay. We would definitely stay here again!!

This place was perfect for our families Nashville stay. Easy to get to and from downtown and other parts of the city, parking was no problem. And the area was a great area to get a morning jog in. Brody was an extremely responsive host and even called me to quickly get me some answers. I would 10/10 stay here again.

This was a perfect meeting place for a long weekend at the lake. The marina was super close which was very convenient. Our family enjoyed all the games and the massage chair was a bonus! This rental is the 2nd floor of a three floor home. I was a little nervous as this was the first time our family had rented a space like this. We could barely tell it was a shared home. Host was very easy to communicate with. Overall, we had a great stay!

We had a fantastic stay! Kristin gave us plenty of suggestions and always responded promptly to make sure we were comfortable! Best stocked snacks I’ve ever had at an Airbnb. You can tell she really takes provide in providing a great place and an even better experience!

Great location. Close to downtown and 12 South, but in a quiet location and lowkey surroundings. House looked just like its photos. We were comfortable and happy with our choice.

Beautiful home, close to everything. Owner is very fast at responding. Clean and quiet neighborhood and nice to be away from the large crowds. Would recommend and stay again

We loved staying in this home. It was great for our family and very spacious. Great location as our favorite spot is 5 daughters. The beds are extremely comfortable and even though we were close to a busy area it was quiet. Will definitely stay again!
