Chazy Boat ramp is 500 feet from the house so do not hesitate to bring your boat. You can enjoy the beautiful sunset outside or from the veranda or decide to stay cozy by the fireplace inside. Outside, relax on a treetop back deck after walking in the neighboring nature reserve or paddling on the lake with provided inflatable kayak. The 1 ha (2.5 ac) lakefront land parcel provides spaciousness. The Italian pellet stove and Finnish sauna provide coziness.

In Alburgh, VT, just north of N. Hero, our cottages face Isle LaMotte to the west, with spectacular lake and sunset views. We have 8 cottages on site, so if you don’t see what you need, please ask. Perfect for relaxing, fishing, water sports, golfing, and to use as a home base for fun day trips. Wake up to stunning views of the lake from your private deck, and enjoy the clear starlit sky at night. Dogs are welcome with Owner approval and payment of a Pet Fee per dog per trip, maximum of 2 dogs.

Welcome to our treehouse inspired, modern cabin overlooking The Kenfield Brook on Terrill Gorge. We are located 5 miles from Stowe and its attractions, and just a few minutes from downtown Morrrisville with all its amenities. Just upstream from the picturesque Cady’s Fall swimming hole and across the brook from the amazing Cady’s Falls bike trails, our cabin is perched atop the hillside. With its simple, minimalist design it’s easy to immerse yourselves in nature and feel at home in the trees.

Relax on Lake Champlain with family or friends! Our cozy two bedroom cottage can comfortably accommodate up to four people. Inside you’ll find 500 square feet of cleanliness, warmth and maritime style. A grill and new full kitchen provide the culinary options of home. A stylish bar/island compliments both kitchen and living areas. Outside you’ll find two spacious decks. One has a nautical feel, overlooking the lake, built of original stone and wood. A second larger deck overlooks the meadow.
