My partner and I had a great time at Maxime’s place. It was comfortable and well-maintained. Maxime is very kind and responsive to any questions we have. One thing to keep in mind when staying downtown facing the street is that you can hear the traffic despite the new double-glass windows. Also, the gym and pool area are fantastic and peaceful.

Alice's place was absolutely perfect! Super comfortable (the bedding! The outdoor seating!) and had all the amenities one could ask for while travelling - quiet, but located super close to all Echo Park has to offer; great wifi for those annoying work calls that pop up sometimes, an AMAZING bookshelf (My Struggle?! for real!!!) I couldn't have asked for a better respite while in LA, and pray that Alice's place is available next time I'm in town!

This house is so impeccably clean. What you see in the photos is exactly what you'll walk into—no surprises. The home is bright, tidy, and thoughtfully arranged. Honestly, there’s nothing to complain about. If I had to mention one minor suggestion, it would be that easier access for loading and unloading luggage—especially larger suitcases—would make arrival and departure even more convenient. But overall, it was a fantastic stay and I’d definitely and happy to recommend!

I had an enjoyable stay here. Girvan is a really responsive and friendly host who did his best to accommodate my needs. I would say the best thing about this place is the location as it is close to most of the major events happening in downtown LA. The place itself is spacious and relatively clean with everything you could ask for to make yourself feel at home.
