Holiday rentals with a washing machine and dryer in Chavanod

The accommodation is located right in front of the train station and bus stop, and the interior facilities such as the bedroom, kitchen, and bathroom are clean and well-maintained, and there is a washing machine and a balcony, so it was good to dry after washing. In particular, the host Lucie came out to meet us in front of the accommodation and kindly explained how to enter the accommodation and how to use the facilities.

Had a lovely stay at L'Appartement de Juliette. This very nice place was clean, comfortable and convenient. Vincent was very responsive and helpful, even offering to store my suitcase on my final day in Annecy. Highly recommended.

A lovely apartment in the heart of Annecy. Near Monoprix, Pathe cinema and very close to the old town.

Very nice, well kept place, kitchen equipped with everything necessary: pots pans, coffee maker, electric kettle, fridge, dishwasher. Close to everything, and with a bus stop very close by. It is on a third floor but I did not mind because that also meant privacy and being noise free. Will recommend!

Great stay, Very good accommodation for visiting Annecy with great comfort and everything you need. The parking space is narrow for large vehicles but there are plenty of spaces in the adjacent streets if necessary. The host is very attentive and responsive to requests. I would this property. Pierre and Catherine's accommodation was ideal for our 4-day getaway in Annecy. Travelling with my husband and my two children aged 1.5 and 3.5, Pierre was very accommodating about our arrival time, the instructions on self-check-in were explained to us very well by phone a few days before our arrival. Pierre also provided us with a cot and high chair for our youngest. Cold drinks were waiting for us on arrival, a particularly appreciated touch. The duplex is large and spacious, faithful to the description and photos, the bedding is good quality, the accommodation is perfectly clean. The proximity of the Airbnb to the lake is ideal (5 min walk), especially with children. I would highly recommend it!

The house is rather unusual - tall and thin - but very cleverly designed with the sitting room and two of the bedrooms with fabulous views the lake. It’s only 100 yards down to the lake where we swam every day. Talloire village is about 3kms away We all agreed it was a lovely house and we would definitely stay there again.

The chalet was impeccable, well-equipped and as described. It is a peaceful place with a magnificent view of the mountains. We appreciated Jean-Michel's interest in us and his quick responses. Staying at Jean-Michel's was a pleasure. We recommend it.

We really enjoyed Frédérique and Jacques' cottage. Extremely well equipped, with very nice little details, very clean. Very nice environment around. We also really enjoyed the little welcome basket with some local products. And the hosts, very kind and helpful!! We will come back and recommend it without hesitation!

We were at Claire's house for the second time, almost a week. The furnishings are very good, high-quality materials, everything very generous (e.g. enough coffee, dishwasher tablets, soap, etc.). Everything is very well thought out. The location is very quiet with wonderful views. The terrace is equipped with plenty of seating and a large umbrella. Everything is just right and we'd love to come back. The communication with Claire was pleasant.

Clean, well equipped apartment with beautiful views and surroundings. We loved having breakfast in the balcony. Walking trails starts at the door step. Hosts were very thoughtful and there were some groceries on our arrival, which was very convenient. Nice little shops full of local produce. We recommend this place everyone who likes nature and a peaceful place to stay, not far away from the hustle and bustle from Annecy, which is about 45 min by car.

All expectations met with very good host and hotel staff. Great job!!

Great host with a very nice house in a lovely location, very quiet and safe neighbourhood

The place was enough and great for us (couple). The terrace and garden is a huge plus. Sunny on the sun loungers listening to the sound of the river and the birds singing, what happiness 🤩 The beach is 15/20min walking. The walks around the park and on the shore of the lake are mega nice. The accommodation is super well located and in a private and very quiet environment. Annecy is not far if you want a side + city. Sébastien recommended places to explore nearby. Recommended!

Sylvie’s place was much nicer than the pictures. My wife and I wished we had stayed longer. The view from her apartment was amazing. The amenities such as free parking, fully equipped kitchen, washer/drier and dishwasher were very beneficial. The space and the linens provided were very clean. We strongly recommend her place!
