Just 25 minutes from Lake Der, enjoy a stay in the countryside, surrounded by nature and outdoor activities. Located on the Champagne Tourist Route, our fully equipped holiday home allows you to explore the vineyards and enjoy champagne tastings. This comfortable accommodation with an outdoor area provides a pleasant stay: fully equipped kitchen, and a friendly and peaceful space.

Ideally located between Châlons, Vitry, Reims and Épernay, from the Voie Verte to Lake Der. Perfect for 12 people, family stays, friends or seminars, wellness events.

A shared, covered and heated swimming pool (3.70 m x 10.50 m) from April 1 to September 30 and a gym shared by the 3 cottages are accessible free of charge.
