Holiday rentals with a fireplace in Chaux-Neuve

Great weekend with friends, with the children in Edita's lovely accommodation... We were able to enjoy a Jurassian interlude between hiking to the Hérissons waterfalls, tasting Jura wines by the fire while playing board games and breakfast at a large table in the early morning... The cleaning was spotless, there is very good bedding, all the equipment for babies, books and board games for all ages... And I admit that the possibility of making a small fire in the stove once the coolness of the evening has set in is the icing on the cake. Edita was responsive to our messages and available. We highly recommend this accommodation if you want to discover the charms of the Jura!

Private getaway on the shore of Lake Geneva outside Lausanne

We highly recommend Frédéric's accommodation. He is a responsive and very friendly host. Frédéric advised us to take a drive a few kilometres away, to a waterfall at the source of the Ain. We were lucky to have a private tour of his farm located in the village, it was great and very informative. The house is as described, everything is there to spend a good weekend. Thanks again! we had a great 2-night stay in your accommodation. you always responded kindly to my messages before our arrival. Céline was also great. The house is big enough to accommodate the 8 people planned. The garden, the petanque court, the badminton net, the deckchairs: everything is there for a total disconnection. The meat from your farm on the brazier was just excellent. Accommodation with everything you need (including cot, high chair, pots), in a quiet village, with beautiful walks in the surroundings. The view is superb, you can eat inside or outside while having a view of the children playing around. Thanks to Fabien for the advice, the little touches, the visit to the animals and the games for children.

Well-located cottage, in a beautiful setting, quiet and not far from the superb local walks such as the hedgehog waterfalls and the 4 lakes . The hot tub when you get home from hiking is very nice, We'll be back:)

Listing as described. Comfortable, soberly and nicely decorated, kitchen and bathroom very well equipped. In winter, the wood stove spreads a pleasant warmth and makes it a cozy nest. Stunning views of the grandiose landscape of the Upper Jura Christine is a very nice and considerate person, a beautiful person. I recommend Christine's workshop visit to visiting. We had a pleasant stay at Patricia and Frédéric's house. Patricia and Frédéric are responsive and available. The accommodation is very clean. The living room is very bright and sunny as well as the large west facing terrace are a real plus; just like the open view. The two bedrooms in a row on the garden level, accessible from the garden, did not bother us as it is a sleeping area. The swing was much appreciated by our daughter. Plus, the house is well located. A stone's throw from the waterfall of the hedgehogs and the Pic de l 'Aigle. We would recommend this listing.

A great base to shine in the Jura, visit the charming villages, the salt pans, the county house, the many fruit trees, lakes and other waterfalls... all within a radius of less than an hour. There is something for everyone with many restaurants, going from pure local to gastro Michelin-starred. The house is very comfortable and well-equipped (special mention in the kitchen). The view is just sumptuous! What a pleasure every night to dine on the terrace enjoying the sunset. You can't get tired of it! The heated pool is a must. Its size will delight both those who want to play and those who want to swim. Finally, Nathalie and her husband are attentive hosts with good information (who facilitate access), good recommendations and with whom it was particularly easy to communicate.

There were 4 adults. Our host welcomed us with all his kindness and everything was planned, even coffee and shower soap. Beautiful south-facing garden. Good bedding (3x double bed) and beds made on arrival. Only downside: the partitions between rooms are quite thin and you can hear the neighbours snoring. William is a host to recommend and we will come back.
