We loved this stay!! What a great location. So private. The house and grounds were so beautiful. My teens had a great time in The pool. The beds were comfortable and we had everything we needed. We spend one night with eight people (teens that are as big as adults) and a child. We had plenty of space to spread out. I wish we could have stayed longer!! Thanks for sharing your home with us!!

Perfect for what we were looking for. Very convenient ski in/out right off the slopes. Very responsive host and very clean.

Wonderful place!! Home has all amenities with huge full windows & high ceilings overlooking the lake in a great small community of 50 private homes with lovely & friendly neighbors. Proximity to Jamestown & Chautauqua institutions was great. Use of bike paths in adjoining Camp Chautauqua(100 acre site with 100 mobile trailer homes & 20 small fixed homes ) was great Also private tennis/pickelball court available at no cost on premises & large pool on adjoining camp property available as well as 2 boat docks.Great & safe for young children as community is private with no through streets & most kids & people use golf carts. There is adjoining campsite playground on lakefront which is great for young children. Bring a boat or kayak along & use Chautauqua institutions nearby for nightly entertainment as well as day lectures , art instruction courses sailing school, variety of day courses & lectures with great theater & opera productions. only 3 miles away.

We had a wonderful stay! The house was beyond the description. It was beautiful and extra roomy. We had a group of bridesmaids stay here for the weekend as we prepared for a friend’s wedding! Having a bathroom in each room was incredibly helpful for couples to get ready for the wedding. The location was extremely private but also close to Chautauqua Institution where the wedding was held. The host was easy to communicate with and helpful when booking. We would absolutely stay here again!

Beautiful home! Spacious and comfortable! Backyard was completely fenced in, and the neighborhood was quiet! The kitchen had almost every type of appliance and utensil that you would want for a “staycation!” The hot tub was also delightful and well maintained! And plenty of towels! We look forward to coming in the summer

Michelle was very kind! Her empathy came to the forefront when she allowed us to keep one of our cars parked in the driveway for a few days after check out due to an emergency. If you'd like a quiet getaway with family, this is perfect! We also took a 45-minute car ride to Allegheny National Forest and spent several hours hiking. You can walk to the lake, and the public beach access is only a 15-minute drive (it has a very scenic view). Highly recommend!

My son and I were visiting family, The house was beautiful and our stay Was so nice. I highly recommend this home, very clean and updated. This house was fabulous for our annual friend's trip! All of us came from various parts of the country and Tiffany's house was the perfect place for the 11 of us. There was plenty of space, a very large back yard that was perfect for yard games, some of which they had for us, some of which we brought. If you're looking for a quite, serene, let enjoyable house, I would highly recommend this listing!

Visited Chris's with my sisters and friends for an I Love Lucy filled weekend! It was so nice to be able to walk to the Lucy Memorial Park . The park, which has two Lucy statutes and a gorgeous Veteran Memorial, is adjacent to a gorgeous lake, and a very short walk from the home. The house is adorable, larger than I expected and spotless. This is a super host ! One of my friends who stayed with us is a chef and said the hosts have an extremely well appointed kitchen! The bathroom has very nice amenities that I have never seen in other AirBnb's. The dining room and front porch are so inviting and we spent alot of time hanging out in those areas. Large television, great board games, puzzles & cable tv. In the morning we saw bunnies frolicking while we drank our coffee. Quiet area and felt very safe. You cannot go wrong staying here, also only a short drive to Jamestown for the Lucy museum. I would definitely stay here again.

Kathi’s house is just as described, when you walk in you feel the relaxation of a welcoming trip. It was shorter than we wanted to it to be, but we had an amazing time at her home. It’s definitely a refreshing, peaceful, and relaxing place. The weather was a little chilly so we were unable to use the beautifully landscapes yard, but the grill was clean and full of propane. Quality amenities and more in the kitchen! Such a lovely coffee bar, and comfortable furniture. A great time was had by all, playing board games and not once looking at our phones! Thank you again Kathi for your responsiveness and your courtesy while we stayed in your home.

As awesome as the pictures are, they really don't do this place justice! My wife and I we're celebrating our anniversary early and I decided to surprise her with this cottage as it was right up her alley as far as designs, etc go. She also really loves going to Findley Lake for the candle shop, Chautauqua, etc. This was very central to all of her favorite places and the property was beautiful. driving there you pass a lot of rolling hills and farms. Then once we got there it was very private and secluded and had beautiful countryside scenery. Would definitely stay again!

My wife and I could not be happier with our stay at the Copper Top. Our original trip in 2024 had to be canceled due to unforeseen weather on our way to the Copper Top which actually led us being stuck in Erie, PA. Immediately we were offered an extension to our trip free of charge. Ultimately due to weather we were unable to make it to the Copper Top all together. Matthew, Brian, and Leah were gracious enough to let us reschedule our trip for Memorial Day weekend 2025 and use our payment from 2024 as a credit towards the trip!! Which we could not be more thankful for. The space itself is beautiful and very well maintained! Any questions that popped up were answered immediately and the hosts truly care about their guests needs! We cannot recommend this place enough and cannot wait to return!

Loved the place. Around the corner from a great coffee shop and downtown Westfield. House was well equipped, more than what we have experienced at other AirBnBs. Denise was very helpful. Good climate control in the rooms. This was easily 5 stars.

This place and the host is one of the best experiences we've had as a family of 4 (2 kids under 3). The host was incredibly helpful and informative. There were small touches for the kids, plenty of playgrounds nearby and the area overall is super walkable. Window air-conditioning kept the house very comfortable and the kitchen is big enough and well equipped to cook dinner should you want to stay in one night. Small yard is great for kids to run around in and the street is fairly quite. Beds are super comfortable and linens were really soft. Host provides lots of towels, which is really appreciated with two kids, and the washer and dryer are new and quick to do a load of laundry before you leave.

The communication always very clear and quick. The accommodations were very comfortable, clean and inviting. The classy touch of adding flowers and other graduation decorations was very thoughtful and took me by surprise. We would return here in a heartbeat. Couldn’t have been happier.

Great place to relax and unwind. The amenities are superb and great location. I highly recommend Matthews place.

The lakefront cottage was perfect for our family over the holidays, just right for both grandparents and visiting grand toddlers. It's a lovely home, sweet view of the lake and we only wished it were summer so we could take advantage of available kayaks. Douglas was quick in response to questions, and offered great advice about places to walk and enjoy a meal out. Highly recommended, with hopes to return.

The host clearly put a lot of thought into making the space welcoming and comfortable. Communication was seamless, and the check-in process couldn’t have been easier. The neighborhood was safe and quiet, with great restaurants and attractions just a short distance away. The thoughtful touches really made the experience stand out. Can’t recommend this place enough – we’ll definitely be booking again for our next visit!

This home is brimming with country charm. While the location is somewhat off the beaten path, it more than makes up for it with its peaceful seclusion and the cozy sitting area by the river. We arrived late at night and were pleasantly surprised to find a thoughtful snack basket waiting for us.
