Charming house on a vineyard estate

Our 3* gîte "A pas de Loup" was created in 2023 in a traditional Burgundy building (35m2). It has all the comforts for a family of 4 and comprises: *On the first floor: -A living room equipped with a kitchenette and all the necessary appliances refrigerator with freezer compartment, induction hob, oven, microwave, dishwasher...) -a shower room / WC with walk-in shower, washing machine and dryer. *Upstairs, a bedroom with a bed (160x200) and a sofa for 2 people (140x200). Each level is equipped with a TV. Free Wi-Fi is available. The gîte is located on a young, family-run wine estate created in 2012, Domaine des Loups, which has been producing family vines for several generations in the Morey-St-Denis appellation area. By appointment, you'll have the pleasure of tasting the estate's wines. (Tasting fee applies unless purchased.) During the harvest and vinification period, we are unable to offer tastings. On the estate, you'll find a relaxation area where you can enjoy your breakfast or meals. A playground is available on site for the enjoyment of younger guests. Pets are welcome in the accommodation, whatever their size or weight. The property is fully fenced. You can park your vehicle on our porch, and our gate will be locked. You'll be sure to keep an exceptional memory of this charming place. Our gite is not suitable for people with reduced mobility.

I am an old house that has been completely renovated. I have 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, a large fitted kitchen, a beautiful bright living room, and an attic converted into a relaxation area. I am fully air-conditioned and have a beautiful walled garden. A washing machine, dryer, dishwasher, food processor, coffee machine, gas barbecue and electric car charging station are available for your use. I am located in a quiet area, and parking is right in front of the house. Sheets and towels are provided

You will stay as close as possible to our animals, which make up all the charm of the place: donkey, Highland cow, pig, goats, peacocks, chickens, rabbits... An authentic and rejuvenating setting, ideal for a break in the countryside. The gîte of the Arche des Hays has been carefully furnished in an old stable, at the end of our typical farmhouse. Nestled in the countryside, it offers you a true haven of peace, away from the hustle and bustle, in a quiet and natural environment.
