Take it easy at this unique and tranquil getaway. 3kms from the pretty médiéval town of Pleaux with all it's commerces. The appartement is fully self contained and offers wonderful views across the surrounding countryside towards Puy Mary and the Cantal mountains. It is comfortably furnished in a vintage style and offers a spacious salon, bedroom with ensuite bathroom, kitchenette, private terrace and use of the fabulous 11mx4m swimming pool (open June to September) There is private parking.

Gite with Josiane and Bernard in St Martin Valmeroux

Apartment located in the village of Saint Martin Valmeroux, a pretty village 10 minutes from Salers in the Maronne valley. Close to the mountains of the Cantalian volcano for outdoor activities ( hiking, snowshoeing, fishing, mountain biking, canyoning...) with shops nearby ( bakery, tobacco press, grocery store, doctor's office, gas station). 2-star cottage renovated in 2018 in the home of the owners who will be delighted to welcome you and help you have a pleasant stay.

The Mauriac cocoon

Kick back and relax in this calm, stylish space. Our 23 m2 studio is located in the city center of Mauriac on a quiet street with little traffic. The accommodation has a sofa bed with a 140 x 190 cm mattress and a large shower. Nearby you can find all the necessary amenities. The apartment is located a 2-minute walk from a bakery and the square where a farmers' market is held on Saturday mornings. Two supermarkets are a 10-minute drive from the property.

Lovely bread bakery

Welcome to an old bread oven, between the Dordogne valley and Auvergne volcanoes. Fully restored and furnished with all comforts: equipped kitchen, Senseo coffee maker, bathroom, bedroom with mezzanine, barbecue, garden lounge chairs. Great for a couple and a child or other adult (sofa bed). Lovers of country markets, hiking, mountain biking, horseback riding, fishing and mushroom gathering. Mandatory cleaning fee: 40 euros to be paid on site in cash

Le Moulin Nature Lodge – 1/2 people

Comfortable eco-lodge 5 km from the A89 (exit 22) on the banks of the river. For vacations, sightseeing, work. A short break by the fire in a natural and romantic setting entirely dedicated to nature (included: sheets, bath towels, dish towels, soap, household products, breakfast on reservation). Old mill (wheelchair accessible) and private parking. If there is a place of excellence for calm and rejuvenation, it is undoubtedly with us.

Adorable Cabin by the Pond

Need to recharge? Treat yourself to a quiet moment in our small, recently renovated, simple and friendly waterfront cabin. On-site walking trails with waterfalls and marked trails. Conveniently located 10 min from Lac des Bariousses, 15 min from Treignac and 30 min from Lake Vassivière; you can enjoy on site tennis activities, a walk in the forest or along the river at no extra cost. You can also fish in the pond.

THE MILANS

In a peaceful hamlet, 5 minutes' drive to downtown. It offers beautiful views of MAURIAC and the countryside. Trails, the lake and golf are within walking distance. Living room: 37 m2, bright with soft and relaxing colors with very well-equipped kitchen area and comfortable relaxation area. Bedrooms: approx. 10 m2, in warm or pastel colors with double bed. Bathroom: 6 m2, shower, sink, toilet and storage.

The Prince's Nest

Come and discover the Prince's nest! Ideally located in the heart of Aurillac (in the pedestrian area), you will have an independent floor which contains a large bathroom, a bedroom with very good quality bedding and a desk area with Wi-Fi (no kitchen or kitchenette). Our cottage is located in the mountain hamlet of Les Boissines, located at 1150 m altitude and offers spectacular views of the Cantal mountains. Departure from the house to the hiking trails, and 6 minutes from Lioran station. Area of 110 m2 with kitchen, living room, 2 bathrooms, 2 toilets, 4 bedrooms (one of which opens onto the mezzanine) with double beds. Terrace, garage, 3500 m2 lot.

Charming House on the Heights

House located in a small locality "Le Coudert bas" surrounded by a hectare of land. Free from any sound or visual disturbance. Secluded and quiet, it does not give an impression of isolation by the presence of two or three vacation homes in the locality and the proximity of the hamlet "Le Roux". Ten minutes from the town of Argentat and twenty minutes from Tulle.
