You can start your day after breakfast and then browse the beautiful sites or resume your journey (10 minutes from the exit of the A6 or A19, also close to the A5)

Gite classé à 1h 30 de Paris, situé aux portes de la Bourgogne et des routes des vins, au coeur d'une vallée protégée. Table de ping-pong, accès libre au court de tennis (raquettes et balles fournies) , promenade en barque sur la rivière . Calme, silence total. Piscine ,golf et ferme bio ,à proximité . Sentier de grande randonnée. Télétravail possible grâce à la fibre optique .

Villa Kajaani: A little Finland in Burgundy

Villa Kajaani is a recently renovated old Burgundian house. It is located in a small village on the banks of the Yonne, 1.5 hours from Paris by the A6. This village has small shops, a restaurant and an equestrian center. 5 km away, you will discover the picturesque town of Joigny, its market, its shops. Roncemay Golf Course is 20 minutes away, the city of Auxerre is 30 minutes away, the vineyards of Chablis and Irancy are about 45 minutes away by car. Guédelon is 50 minutes away.

Ideal for unwinding, our chalet is always bright thanks to its large bay windows. The living area immerses you in the surrounding nature while enjoying the comfort the accommodation offers, in both summer and winter, thanks to the reversible air conditioning. Small pets are welcome. Please note that the property is only partially enclosed. Take advantage of the brazier plancha and the outdoor dining area to let the beautiful summer days drift by gently, surrounded by greenery.

Come and get a breath of fresh air and relax in our 2* rated gîte. The Ô Lunain gîte, a 40 m2 house located in Nonville, a village in the Lunain Valley between Fontainebleau, Nemours and Morêt Sur Loing. Peaceful haven in a property with 4 hectares of garden, woods and river. We live on site in another house, we will be happy to host you. Electric heating and wood-burning stove for those who want it. Not recommended for children under 10 years of age for safety reasons (river).
