Monthly Rentals in Chaumont River

I had a wonderful stay at this charming apartment! It was warm and cute, just as described. The host was incredibly responsive and went out of their way to assist with parking, which I greatly appreciated. Overall, I thoroughly enjoyed my time here and would highly recommend it to others.

Our stay at Sally Port View in the Elm Cottage was nothing short of blissful! The cottages are white glove spotless. Host Katie does not miss a beat from the moment you book until you check out. Her communication is flawless and she is so friendly. The location is super peaceful. We couldn’t have asked for anything more. Thank you SPV and our lovely host, Katie!

Stayed here for a month while on clinical rotation. It was a great stay- Vincent was responsive with any concerns/questions I had. The place was really organized, clean, and stocked with everything a guest would need. Highly recommend!

spacious clean apartment with small but full kitchen, comfortable living room and comfortable king bed. a little tricky to find .. house numbers small ... and had a bit of trouble at check in .. but Barbara was very responsive to a phone call and greeted us with the key code we needed to get in. no river view as it was fall but just a short walk from house.
