The house has 4 bedrooms with 3 beds of 160 x 200 and a bed of 140 x 200, separate living room and kitchen, two toilets, a bathroom and an outdoor garden. A little nod and pun about the name we chose for our house. In 864 the village of Dienville was called Dienvilla!!

Freshly renovated, the mill has 2 bedrooms upstairs, a very well-equipped kitchen, a large living room (about 35 m²) with the possibility of 2 additional beds. Secure and fully enclosed terrace with garden furniture, sunbathing and barbecue. 5 minutes to Nigloland Park, 10 minutes to Lac d 'Amance and 45 minutes to Troyes and factory shops.
