Come and enjoy the calm of the countryside in this fully renovated cottage between 2022 and 2023 located in Lagraulière. The town is ideally located at the crossroads of the economic centres: BRIVE (30 min), TULLE (20 min) and UZERCHE (15 min); and close to the A20 and A89 motorways, which can be reached in less than 15 minutes. Ground floor: living room/equipped kitchen + a bathroom with toilet. Floor: mezzanine sleeping area with 160 cm double bed. Basement: cellar. Outside: small fenced garden. Set in a small rural hamlet of about ten houses. Accommodation located in a central position, close to A89, Tulle, Brive and Ussel. Gimel-les-Cascades 5 min.

Stopover gîte at the foot of the Monédières

This unique place has a style all its own. Located at the foot of Puy de la Monédières, on the Monédières GRP, 1.5 km from the Voie de Rocamadour and the GR46 and GR 440. This newly created gîte has a sleeping area consisting of 6 private individual boxes, a bathroom, separate toilet, and a comfortable dining area where nothing is lacking. A very well arranged place to welcome you after a day of hiking or any other nature sports activity possible in our Monédières massif.

The pond house is a typical house of the Monédieres massif in cut stone. At the end of a small inhabited hamlet, surrounded by woods, next to a pond, gives this magical place an impression of being out of time, a true haven of peace, charm, authenticity and silence. Ideal for true nature lovers. The house has kept its original character, beams, large fireplace with wood stove. Warm atmosphere. Very comfortable bedding.

Adorable Cabin by the Pond

Need to recharge? Treat yourself to a quiet moment in our small, recently renovated, simple and friendly waterfront cabin. On-site walking trails with waterfalls and marked trails. Conveniently located 10 min from Lac des Bariousses, 15 min from Treignac and 30 min from Lake Vassivière; you can enjoy on site tennis activities, a walk in the forest or along the river at no extra cost. You can also fish in the pond.

Station lamp post

You will sleep in the former lamp storehouse of the Pérols-sur-Vézère train station. You will have a view of our garden, the sheep certainly, the chickens as well as the rails. These small regional trains stop 10 times a day and do not run at night. This small habitat has been completely renovated with salvaged materials. The stone walls are original and therefore restored with cement and lime mortar.

Charming House on the Heights

House located in a small locality "Le Coudert bas" surrounded by a hectare of land. Free from any sound or visual disturbance. Secluded and quiet, it does not give an impression of isolation by the presence of two or three vacation homes in the locality and the proximity of the hamlet "Le Roux". Ten minutes from the town of Argentat and twenty minutes from Tulle.

Independent room for two people on the ground floor of our main residence. Entry is through a separate window door. Private shower room. Our house is located in a very quiet area (dead end) while being 700 m from shops. Parking is available in front of the house Private parking in the yard or in our garage for 2-wheel vehicles. 3 minutes from the freeway
