Nestled by the river Seine, in an artist village in the region of Champagne, this former priory is located only 100km from Paris (55mn direct train between the neighboring Nogent s/Sein and Gare de l'Est). This is an authentic and ressourcing place, newly renovated, loaded with 400 years of history. We have decorated the house with love and care, the equipment is very generous. Bikes of diverse sizes (for adults and children), kayaks, SUPs and other inside and outside equipments are available.

23 km from Troyes, in the heart of the Forêt d'Orient Regional Nature Park, close to Lac d'Orient, at the foot of the Vélovoie des Lacs, you will stay in an independent cottage located in the wing of the Château de Géraudot. Guaranteed rejuvenation: bird watching (free loan of binoculars), sauna with free access, Nordic bath (paid option), outdoor relaxation kiosk with garden furniture... Quiet cottage close to a 19th century market hall and the river: Aube. Lesmont is located in the Orient Forest Nature Park and its 3 lakes. There is a bakery/grocery store and a gas station. You will be in: - 10 km from Brienne-le-Château where you can visit the Napoleon Museum with all the essential shops. - 30 km, Troyes with picturesque architecture, also known for its factory stores. - 30 km: Nigloland, ranked 2nd Amusement Park in Europe in its category.

Nice little house in Champagne Fiber internet

In a small quiet village, in the heart of Champagne and its vineyards, come and take a break in this country house that can accommodate 4 people: fiber - 1 bed for 2 people - 1 sofa bed for 2 people - baby bed possible. Free for children up to 16 years old but do not register them otherwise the extra charge will be charged but let me know when booking so I can prepare for their arrival. Dogs are accepted but not cats due to major damage unfortunately.
