Επιπλέον είναι σε κοντινή απόσταση με τα πόδια από σούπερ μάρκετ, φαρμακεία, καφετέριες ,ταβερνες και εστιατόρια καθώς και βρίσκεται κοντά σε στάση λεωφορείου .Το αεροδρόμιο Ηρακλείου απεχει περίπου 20 χιλιόμετρα ενώ η δημοφιλής Χερσονησος είναι μολις 5 χιλιόμετρα μακριά. Αθλητικές εγκαταστάσεις τένις βρίσκονται πολύ κοντά στον χώρο μας.
