Monthly Rentals in Chatuchak

Patchara is really a great guy and superb host! Always answering quickly and trying to help. The Apt itself is clean and in a quiet area. The next MRT/BTS Stations are a few minutes by Grab-Bike away. Theres a little eatary and a caffeteria right 50 meters in front of the building. And a laundry service and 7-11 a few minutes in walking distance. The internet was really fast so I was able to work remote (Company in Germany). I really recommend this apt if you are not eager to live in the City center. Its quiet and really cheap.

The most comfortable stay in Bangkok yet. I come to Bangkok every few months and this is the most affordable, convenient AND clean accoms I’ve stayed in. I love the neighborhood, with a laundry, 7-11 and the train station just less than 5 mins away. The building may be older but the unit was so new and clean I would stay here again if it wasn’t booked out for my next trip. Communication was great too:)

Good restaurants nearby. It’s a 20 min walk to the Green line sky train. The host was very responsive and helpful with providing info on attractions nearby. The staff were polite & courteous. Save the address the host gives you because google maps inputs the wrong location. I’d definitely stay here again & recommend to anyone. Thank you.

Location, location, location! Huge condo! You won't find a better location than Oom's place at Supalai Park. A BTS Skytrain station is at your door step with large shopping centers, malls and the Jatujak Market within walking distance. The condo is huge and we'll equipped for everything you'll need. Can highly recommend it.
