Our two-tiered approach

A lovely bright house right next to Notre Échelle 1. With a swimming pool in the garden with a large sun terrace. In 2024, it was converted into a vacation home where you will find a combination of old elements from the adjacent farm with new elements such as a new kitchen and bathroom. The house is on the outskirts of the village of Alluy at the foot of the Morvan. Here you will find peace and quiet, the beautiful countryside, but also the coziness of the very nearby villages and harbors along the Canal de Nivernais.

Country vacation

This pretty country house typical of the area awaits you to stay in the heart of a quiet and rural hamlet. Ideally located (10 km) between two lakes, Baye and Merle (supervised beach, canoeing, paddle boarding, playground, mountain biking, fishing, etc.) and on Saint Jacques de Compostelle. Activities: boat or bike along the canal, walking or mountain biking in the forest. Visit Nevers, Veselay, Pougues-les-Eaux, Cosne-sur-Loire… Entertainment: Le Pal (amusement park and zoo), Magny-Cours circuit, Rugby

Peaceful and quiet oasis in the Morvan

Belle maison rustique, avec terrain d'1ha, un étang (à sec très souvent) de nombreux arbres. 7 chambres, idéale déjà pour petite famille ou un groupe comme plusieurs familles ou alors pour des séminaires bien être (mauvaise connexion wifi et 4G). Nous n’acceptons plus les fêtes et anniversaires entre adultes, cela dérange trop le voisinage. Havre de calme et de nature. Lieux de ressourcement, de création, mais également propice aux échanges. Le respect du calme du hameau est exigé! Merci

Unusual barrel room

Le tonneau est un logement insolite situé dans un jardin attenant à un gîte d'étape. Cocooning assuré dans ce tonneau de 12 m² où tout le confort est présent (chauffage, électricité, table, bancs). La SDB ( douche, lavabo, WC) est située dans un bâtiment à proximité des tonneaux. Des bains de soleil et salon de jardin permettent de profiter du jardin. Les infrastructures du gite d'étape peuvent être utilisées. Le petit déjeuner est proposé à 11 € / pers et est réservable en arrivant.

Chaumes de Villeneuve "The Chalet"

Located a few kilometres from Châtillon en Bazois, in the centre of France, only 3 hours from Paris, the "Chalet des Chaumes de Villeneuve" is located in the middle of a large garden and surrounded by oak trees, all a few steps from the Nivernais canal. Its unique character and the calm of the place will offer you an authentic and comfortable stay in the heart of the Nièvre, in the Bazois, with a view of the Morvan. Close to amenities: bakery, supermarket, pharmacy within 10 mins.

Moulin XVIII, "the whole estate just for you"

Vieux moulin du 18ème avec bief aux abords de l'Aron dans un écrin de verdure situé en sortie d'un petit village de 300 habitants. Domaine entièrement clos, piscine (chauffée en été). Nous mettons à disposition notre maison avec tous les équipements et les éléments qui la compose intérieure et extérieur (BBQ, bain de soleil, table ping-pong, boules de pétanque, etc,.) Idéal ainsi pour un séjour entre famille ou entre amis. Vous y serez seul.Pas de voisin et donc aucun vis à vis.

The old village school

The old school/schoolmaster's house is on the edge of a tiny village where there's no shop, no café, so you’ll need a car. It's very rural here, with views across the gently undulating countryside from the school. Two small towns with supermarkets - La Machine and Cercy-la-Tour, are both about 11 kilometres away. Decize, a much larger town on the Loire, is about 18 km away. There are two double bedrooms, and another small one with a triple-layer bunk bed suitable for children.

Terrace on the water, chestnut cottage

Hidden between maples and bamboos, the chestnut cottage is located right on the edge of a 700 m2 body of water. Private entrance, free adjoining parking, not overlooked by the rest of the estate which consists of 30,000 m2 of a small private stable, a small cottage and our home. Ideally located 5 minutes from Nevers and surrounded by 1500 ha of Amognes state forest directly accessible on foot. Calm and nature predominate in this preserved place out of time.

Churches (Basilica of Vezelay) and Castles. Or relax reading a book on your terrace with great views.

The comfort and setting as well as the two wood stoves make it a warm place where the desire to settle down and enjoy the present moment predominate. You can walk or bike to many hiking trails.
