Holiday rentals with a fireplace in Chatham

Looks just like the photos. House is beautiful and clean. Beach is 1/2 mile away and a nice walk. Not too far of a drive from Main Street where the all the stores are located (less than 10 minutes). Very comfortable and lovely home. Everyone loved hanging in the sunroom. Mark was super responsive, even after we checked out.

The water views were breathtaking. The hot tub was a nice touch. Beautiful clean home. We loved our stay and would love to come again.

We couldn’t have asked for a cozier stay for our girls’ trip! We appreciated every amenity at the Starfish Cottage, from the fire pit to the dog treats. Recommend wholeheartedly!

Our stay at this charming, one-bedroom cottage was everything we hoped for and more. From the moment we arrived, we were enchanted by its storybook charm—complete with a white picket fence and blooming flowers. Inside, the exposed beams and cozy décor gave it the perfect blend of rustic and coastal charm. We started every morning on the back deck, sipping coffee and listening to the birds—it truly felt like a hidden sanctuary. The house itself was spotlessly clean, well-maintained, and thoughtfully stocked. The water pressure in the shower was amazing (not always easy to find but greatly appreciated), and every detail felt considered. There was nothing we needed that we couldn’t find within its white cabinets. It was quaint and quiet, but still conveniently located to beaches, shops, and restaurants. A perfect blend of nature, comfort, and Cape Cod magic. We'd come back in a heartbeat and hopefully have slightly better weather!!

This house was absolutely perfect for everything we had planned for our stay in the Cape. Walking distance to some bars/restaurants and also to Chatham commons which was about 3 miles away. Ubers available but wanted to walk and window shop all the art galleries, cheese shops, and antiques along the way. (A charming Christmas store called Christmas Joy at the end of the street, a must) Harwich was another great place to be either day or night. Five min drive from the bnb to bars/restaurants and to the Freedom Ferry where you can get to Nantucket. Need to write another review for the Freedom Ferry because we had the BEST day with them. Could have stayed longer than 3 nights honestly. Would 110% stay here again. Was traveling with dogs and this yard was top notch for outdoor hangs. Hope to be back soon.

Very responsive host. Clean house with separate TV room and dining room. Equipped kitchen. Quiet neighborhood with short drives to many amenities. Walking distance to pond. Perfect for a girls weekend away. We added a day mid-trip because we were having such a good time!

This is our second stay at Sarah’s place and we had another amazing week on the cape. The house is truly just like home. She has thought of every single detail that a guest or family might need. We feel so comfortable and at ease. Sarah and I communicated a couple of times and she is so quick and responsive and helpful! I knew we were in the best of hands. The bird watching and outdoor shower make the outside so wonderful and peaceful. We enjoyed many nights of s’mores in the solo stove. The rooms are spacious and our family of 6 was never on top of each other. We just love it at the salty pearl and can’t wait to go back!

We loved Blair cottage for our little getaway. Jack & Sheryl make it very clear they were available if we needed them. The cottage was clean and cozy, everything worked great. The outdoor shower was a wonderful bonus for us with the beach sand! Cockle Cove was a short 15 minute walk and made for great exercise (because ice cream at Short n Sweet is only a 6 minute walk 😊). Breakfast in the enclosed front porch was a treat for us every morning. Thank you Jack & Sheryl for everything!

We had a short but pleasant stay at Gail’s and the in-law apartment was perfect! Check in was easy and the apartment was clean, comfortable, and well-appointed with great snacks! This is a great location for exploring Falmouth and the rest of the Cape and Gail is super friendly and responsive. We hope to stay longer next time!

We had such an amazing stay. We felt right at home and were very comfortable with the place. Carolyn was very responsive and helped with everything we needed. Shout out Ali for fixing our little problem. We loved it here and would stay again!

Our stay at Yousef’s was great! The place is a private room with bathroom and washer/dryer which was exactly what we needed. Thank you!

Maria’s place was very clean, and we had a nice stay. Unfortunately, the pool was not filled when we arrived. However, Maria was very quick to answer and talk to the HOA. The directions to get to the Air BnB was easy. For those traveling there, put your GPS in to Apple Lane in Dennis and turn to the first right. We would stay again!

I am hesitant to say how GREAT this place is because I want to keep it a secret to ensure that I can book it for future stays! It's so homey and comfortable, beautifully beachy, warm and welcoming. Comfortable beds and tremendous LIGHT! And in the best location. You can walk to Provincetown if you like a good walk and the bay and low tide exploration is literally a 5-minute walk from the cottage. Beaches, hiking trails, grocery store are all within a 5-minute drive. I did not want to leave! And Allison made you feel like you were staying with a friend--hospitable from first contact. Just such a great experience overall!

Andrea and Tracy were exceptional hosts! They were great communicators and it was clear they wanted us to get the most out of our stay in Cape Cod. The home was spotless and had every amenity we could possibly need. Their dogs are amazing and got along great with ours which made this home extra special for us! This was an unforgettable trip for sure thanks to Tracy and Andrea!

It was a beautiful and peaceful place to land after our wedding! We are grateful for the time and would love to come back some day. Sharon, Deb and Rhianna are the most wonderful hosts, very helpful and kind. We will always have lovely memories from here!!

House was exactly as described and Lloyd was a very responsive and accommodating host. The house was in an amazing location, walkable to downtown for shops and restaurants. Big driveway was great for all our cars! Would recommend 10/10 and will be back! Thanks Lloyd.

We spent a relaxing week at Gabrielle’s beautiful home - mainly on the deck playing cards surrounded by beautiful vegetation. Great location with many walking paths through the woods - all of which seem to lead to the marketplace area and/or beach. The house is very nicely decorated and very comfortable. We really enjoyed our stay.

The house is extremely big, comfortable and cute. bedrooms are big, but the 1st floor bedroom definitely needs a new mattress. love the open concept of the kitchen, one thing I wish they had was a blender. Tom provided us with gallons of water which I am really thankful for it. The home was clean, beautiful backyard, quite neighborhood. Overall my family were comfortable, enjoyed our stay, and will definitely stay again.

Overall, the stay at Natalia's place was pleasant and memorable. We went there to celebrate a bachelorette and Natalia recommended places and restaurants to visit. The villa looks exactly as in pictures and is well equipped . The wifi was fast. The girls enjoyed the spa , yoga and massage. Some of us had fun with the smart toilets. Communication with Natalia was clear and prompt. Definitely consider staying again at Natalia's place! Thank you for hosting!
