You have an F2 with balcony all to yourself, in a secure residence with private parking and independent entrance. Quick access to the N57, Epinal (10 min)/Nancy (40 min) axis. You have a supermarket a 10-minute walk away and are a short walk from the Inova 3000 area. The city center with many shops (restaurants, bars, hairdressers, etc.) is a 10-15 minute walk away. You will also be close to Wam Park, a nautical base with many activities and the Voie Verte.

Relax, there's no shortage of room in this spacious space. The property is located in a renovated exposed stone farmhouse in the heart of the Vosges countryside. Close to Wam Park, Inova 3000 and Epinal, 30 minutes from the Juvaincourt-Mirecourt car-motorcycle circuit, 40 minutes from Gerardmer. Bed linen and towels provided. Possibility to rent a garage (€5 extra per night, specify when booking) – possibility of cleaning once a week with change of sheets and towels for long stays (€21 extra per service, specify when booking)

Detached house with terrace & enclosed garden

Located at the end of a small path, the Grand Pré cottage is located in a very quiet place. You have a large, fully enclosed private garden. The direct river view gives it a special charm. Completely renovated, you have a large living room and a beautiful bedroom. The windows overlook the garden or the Moselle. Hidden but not lost: you are 500 meters from the bakery and 1 km from the supermarket. You can also discover the medieval fortress.

The Chapel of Coteau

In the forest hides La Chapelle du Coteau which offers a relaxing and unique stay. Offering garden views, this vacation home includes a large (unheated) pool, a bedroom with a rosette, a living room with a sofa bed, a TV (no WiFi), an equipped kitchen and a bathroom with a beautiful bathtub. For added convenience, the property can provide towels (€5/person) and bed linen (€10/per bed) and the Jacuzzi on reservation (€20/2 hours).
