Beautiful chalet in a beautiful place, very quiet, no through road so little traffic. Everything is present in the cottage, everything was clean and tidy. Full sized fridge and freezer. Garden and balcony fenced so the dog could walk around quietly. A big plus! You can sit outside, with lots of birds and even a squirrel. In the village, all amenities are available, bakery, supermarket, restaurants. Beautiful hiking all around, you no longer need the car for that. The access road is an experience in itself. There is a waterfall and chairlift nearby. If you are travelling by train, the Mont Blanc Express is recommended. All in all, a wonderful holiday!

If I could give 10 stars I would! The Lemon Pit was amazing. The design is so cool and efficient. The hot tub was a huge hit, he even provided crocs to wear to the hot tub. Will was very responsive and provided a guidebook for the home and area right upon booking so I had time to review before arrival. He was flexible with check in and check out. The area was quiet and the view was spectacular. The walk into town is steep, but definitely manageable. We rented bikes and took advantage of the great bike lanes. A lot of fun. I have stayed in dozens of airbnbs and this one ranks at the top. Really great house.

The chalet was lovely with a spectacular view. The bus stop to the ski lift was literally just around the corner. it was such a great location with the center of town only 10 minutes walk away with plenty of great restaurants and bars. The host was very helpful and quick to respond. We had a great stay.

We were a group of 15 people who rented this new and very nice chalet for 2 nights. The communication with Donald and then also with Rudy (he makes the handover, etc.) was very good! The chalet is new and as shown in the pictures, the kitchen is very well equipped and the small lawn area can be used in summer. You have to provide a few extra documents (insurance, then security deposit), but this all went smoothly. Very nice chalet, we will be happy to come back!

We had a great time with friends at this beautiful cottage with lake views.. We really like this valley of abundance and we are never disappointed by the welcome we are given and it has been confirmed again this time. The cottage is spacious, well equipped , very clean and the two terraces with lake views allowed us to spend special moments with our friends.

Martine was a welcoming host. She was discreet but available if needed, which can be convenient. Her house is very spacious and typical mountain atmosphere😍. There is a lot of walking nearby and we were even able to test the restaurant la ferme des trois ours right next to the cottage which was a feast. I would recommend Martine's place without a second thought. We had a pleasant stay. The dogs also loved it! we will be back no problem. ☺️

A very nice house in an extraordinary setting at the foot of the drus and aiguilles de Chamonix with an exceptional view. The terrace of the house is also very large and very pleasant and allows you to enjoy this beautiful environment. The house is very good with many facilities which makes it very easy on a daily basis. There is only one flaw for me, sometimes very annoying. It's the lock on the front door.... complicated to handle ...It's really something that needs to be changed quickly in my opinion. Otherwise, everything is perfect.

A great cottage, very well equipped, modern with all the essentials for a good installation. The welcome of the owners is very warm, we felt at home there from the first moment. When we left, we met Danielle who is extremely kind, it was a pleasure to meet her.

We were lucky enough to enjoy an exceptional stay at Michel's chalet. Everything, from start to finish was incredible: the sumptuous setting, with mountains all around the chalet, the spacious chalet, very clean and with a lot of charm. The cleanliness of the chalet and all the amenities generously provided by Michel. In addition, we were lucky to meet Michel, who was very responsive about the booking but also very attentive, many attentions in the chalet made the stay really amazing! Sylvie is absolutely wonderful and her home is the best place we've stayed in Morzine. We're booking to return next year! We are two families who came with two toddlers, a 5-year-old and 17-year-old. All of the kids were entertained and happy. There is plenty of space for everyone to convine for some social time or do their own things. Eight of us in total and never felt cramped. The terrace is absolutely gorgeous! The Prodains bus stops right outside so getting to Avoriaz each day was very easy. Morzine center is ten minutes walk. The hill is steep but you can get the free bus instead. We did the hill with a double pram and it was fine. Sylvie us full of recommendations and her home has plenty of toys, dvds, etc to keep everyone entertained. Although our toddlers just wanted to visit the chickens next door and play in the flowers most of the time. The rooms are large and the beds are very comfy!

Absolutely loved it! We had an amazing week at the chalet. The place has such an authentic vibe, full of history and details. Great surroundings, spectacular hikes in the area straight from the chalet. We are definitely coming back, I can only imagine how great it is in the winter. Many thanks Olivier!

Great flat with a beautiful Mountain View. Loved our stay.

What an amazing place! We were two families with a total of five kids between 2 and 12 years, and we felt right at home. We could really unwind and deconnect, reconnect with the pure nature around us and imagine ourselves in the time this beautiful cabin was built, well before mobile phones, social media and work emails. The chalet is very authentic and really well equipped, even for the a group of 9 people that we were. Kitchen and bathrooms are not brandnew, but everything was very functional and super clean. Access to the place is easy, we came with two cars, but we could have parked up to four cars easily. The village of Les Mosses has not a great number of restaurants to offer, but there are some beautiful mountain restaurants you can hike to. And we went to Gstaad as well, which is just 30 minutes away. Sanne was a lovely host, always responsive and friendly. Thank you Sanne for letting us stay at this wonderful place!

A stunning chalet in the most beautiful of surroundings! Very homely with all the amenities you need. We came with 2 kids and the chalet had everything we would need as a family, with plenty of toys to keep everyone entertained. The views from the chalet are breathtaking and it’s so easy to get to Flaine and Les Carroz from there. The walks near by are also perfect, especially for little hikers. Lovely chalet, all we needed and location was wonderful

The cottage was very quiet and peaceful. Quite secluded with a beautiful view of the valley below. The inside was cozy. Alain was very accommodating and went out of his way to take care of all needs in spite the wonderful isolation of the cabin. The restaurant below was very good.
