Its proximity to the city center and its shops makes it a practical and friendly place to live. You can also enjoy the local market which is held every Wednesday and Saturday morning.

Located between Nantes (25 min) and Rennes (40 min), 1 hour from the sea and 3h30 from Paris, this charming blue stone building on 4 levels sits on the edge of a village filled with friendly Gauls. Surrounded by greenery (>1000m2), by a river (swimmable), you can enjoy the calm of this place, but also practice sports (Crossfit, tennis, volleyball, basketball, bike rides), games (ping pong, foosball, darts, board games) and fishing.
