Set in the countryside, 4 kilometers from Condat and adjoining our home, is our Cantal farmhouse known as a longère. Thick stone walls, wooden beams, large living room with traditional fire place and log burner, internet tv, two bedrooms, bathroom, and fitted kitchen. Enjoy sitting by a roaring log fire in the winter or in the shade of the old lime tree with a glass of wine enjoying the spectacular views in the summer. Whatever the time of year, you’ll enjoy the Longère’s comfort and charm.

With a surface area of 120 m2, the cottage is located in the heart of Auvergne in the Sancy massif, near the Auvergne volcano park recently listed as a UNESCO world heritage site, you will find all the amenities in our village of Tauves (bakeries, butchery, SPAR ..) Composed of 2 bedrooms, each with bathroom/toilet, equipped kitchen, Wi-Fi, TV, fenced park, parking. Possibility of bed linen rental €10/bed and towels €6/person. Optional cleaning fee 60€.

The famous Saint-Nectaire, Cantal, Fourme d'Ambert cheeses from Auvergne await you in the surrounding farms and shops, duvet covers and towels are provided, a plancha is at your disposal, a secure park 300 m from the house for children

Le prix total comprend les draps, serviette et torchon. ménage inclus. Vous logerez dans un appt pour 5 personnes de 55 m2 avec balcon au 2eme et dernier étage(sans ascenseur). Il est composé d une cuisine, de deux chambres, d un salon et d une salle de bain/wc(baignoire sabot). La maison est composée de 2 appartement. Le notre est au 1er. Nous restons discrets le plus possible afin de vous laisser un maximum la maison et le jardin.
