Holiday houses in Chassignelles

Perfect! The property is located in the heart of the historic center (with parking lots nearby). All shops nearby (bars, restaurants, bakery, etc.), including a small grocery store right next door, open late at night and the market at the foot of the building on Sunday mornings (no noise disturbance due to the installation of the merchants or during the market, it's great!). The property is really very quiet. Sandra and Mickael, are very responsive and they had offered to prepare the sofa in a bed, great! Regarding the accommodation itself, frankly nothing to say, you feel "welcomed" in a small cocoon. Everything is well thought out, functional, perfectly clean and with the decorative touch of the hosts. For me nothing is missing, we feel that things have been done with attention to detail so that we have a good stay. Just for large sizes, note that the shower is not large. I would recommend it blindly and would return without hesitation during a visit to the area.

I spend a whole month, together with my dog, in this lovely serene place to write. Vezelay and its surroundings inspired me enormous and help me to unlock my creativity. The. house is cosy and has a wood stove that is so romantic. At sunny days I could use a little patio to sit in the sun. Philippe and Francois really welcomed me into their live and shared tips, friends, stories and food with me. They really took good care of me, making sure I had enough wood pellets for the wood stove. An experience I will treasure for life. Esther

It felt like coming home. The house is not super-de-luxe modern, but it is spacious and offers coziness and holiday feeling and is tailored to accommodate smaller children. Our children and grandchildren immediately found their place. The house is beautiful and very quietly located in nature. We were lucky enough to have the weather pretty good, so the grandchildren could romp to their heart's content in the large garden. The river that runs through the garden also attracted like a magnet. We were even able to eat outside on the terrace once in the evening, this in the month of April. If it were possible, we would repeat such a stay, now with our son's family, who could not be there because of the distance ( and because of the limit in number)

Great apartment very well thought out, full of small everyday things available (several coffee machines, toaster, wine glasses, microwave, two bathrooms, hair dryer. The apartment is spacious, close to Auxerre, free parking in front. A small shop and a pharmacy 1m away. One of the best bakery I've ever known. And Denis is full of small touches, we were able to access faster than expected, the communications are quick and very friendly. In short, we loved it, it was our second time and still perfect! ☺️

Accommodation easily accessible from the train station and very close to the center of Tonnerre. Immaculately clean and super responsive renter.

The stay at Aurore and Romain's went very well. A small light problem that Aurore was able to resolve when arriving quickly! Hosts are responsive and available and very welcoming. We loved our stay and thank the hosts! I would this property.

The apartment is a sweet cocoon, very well furnished and tastefully decorated. The place conveys a story that Caroline shares with guests. We'll be back!

The accommodation matches Charlotte's description. We did laugh at the little privacy🚻, but we were warned🤭! accommodation just what it takes for 2 or 3 nights to visit the area.
