For the hikers among us, the possibilities are endless. For the horseback riders, there is a riding school a few kilometers away. On the edge of the village of Obterre, in the Parc naturel régional de la Brenne. Dating back to the 11th century it has kept its architectural features whilst being brought right up-to-date and comfort with modern kitchen and shower rooms.

Our cave house is located on the edge of Loches, with a great view of the castle, a private terrace and a barbecue; it can accommodate a couple and possibly two children. Very close to the city center, you can leave your car in the small private parking lot and do everything on foot (10 minutes from the city center). You can also discover magnificent sites: Amboise, Chenonceau, Beauval Zoo, Montrésor… We offer, when we can, breakfast on the 1st day.

Gîte that can accommodate 12 people. Our Gîte is centrally located to visit the Brenne Nature Park, the Château d'Azay-le-Ferron, the Haute Touche Animal Park and forest hiking trails. Beauval Zoo and Futuroscope 45 minutes away. Shops 8 km away in Preuilly sur Claise, a grocery store, pharmacy, bakery, bank. Yseure sur Creuse, an Intermarché 18 km away. You will have a pleasant stay in the countryside with a view of nature.

The cottage overlooks and accesses the river, where swimming is possible. The hamlet is very peaceful, and the water is a great place to relax! A walk can be enjoyed from the cottage, along a path along the Vienne River. You can reach Chauvigny on foot or by bike along the trails. There are a few chickens on the grounds.
