We had an amazing stay at Coastal Cozy. The home is beautiful and full of any amenity you could want. We felt right at home and appreciated all it had to offer, whether we were spending the day hanging around or soaking up the sun at a local beach. After a refreshing dip in the pool we took a short walk to the nearby park and saw one of the most beautiful sunsets imaginable. Bryan was so responsive, friendly and accommodating, from our initial booking all the way through checkout. It is obvious that he wants his guests to have a fantastic experience and memorable stay, and we surely did!

Inessa’s home in North Port was absolutely stunning! The house was pristine, with a quaint and beautiful layout, spotlessly clean. The pool was a magnificent highlight, and the home was well-equipped with plenty of towels, washcloths, coffee, tea, silverware, dishware, and cooking utensils. They even left water in the fridge for us! The king-size bed and pillows were incredibly comfortable, making our stay even better. Shops were close by, and Inessa was super responsive and easy to reach. We highly recommend this gem if you’re looking for something very nice and cozy! This was our second year staying at Dale and Louise's property. Always exceeds our expectations. Clean, tidy, -- perfect for 4 people! or more! The pool is amazing! We'll be back next year!

Melissa’s house was spotless, well-furnished, and had an amazing pool. Melissa was very responsive, helpful, and a tremendous host. This is our second stay at this house and we will be back again soon!

We really liked the backyard area. The pool was great. We liked the cover that went over the pool to keep the pool warm. Kept the water about 10 degrees warmer. The beds could be more comfortable but the pillows were good. The place was very cute and charming. Would definitely stay here again!

Me and my Family of 4 had the best week ever at David's. You truly feel right at home. everything we could have possibly needed was available to us. We went to the beach a few times and all the beach toys he had available made us look like pros! Thank you so much David and Sabrina! Can't wait to come back and stay again.

Troy's home was comfortable and clean. The best part of the home was the numerous amenities available with the rental. Troy had bikes, kayaks, and the best pool. We had a wonderful time in Punta Gorda and would be happy to stay again when we return to town.

Just as described. Clean. Smells good. Comfy. On the canal. Wish I would have brought fishing gear! Easy to get to. Food places close.

This home is a hidden gem and a great deal! Everything was newly remodeled, clean, and with all the amenities you could need. It is so much nicer than any hotel in the area, much more reasonable and you have your own space. Communication was fantastic, offering up all of the details we needed and even providing local restaurant suggestions. Strong recommend and we look forward to booking again for our next trip.

It was a wonderful getaway and a great place to unwind after days of visiting with family. The house was wonderful and the neighborhood was peaceful. We enjoyed unwinding in the pool and relaxing in the house.

Delay’s home was absolutely amazing, clean, and perfect for our family of five. The kids felt right at home and adored this place. It’s in a quiet neighborhood, a park right up the street, and 7 minutes from the harbor. Lots of restaurants , stores, & gas stations within a 5 min drive.

Wonderful stay! My family loved the amenities for this home. The pool area was nice and private! The bathroom out in the pool area was super nice and very convenient. The grill was very clean and we used it a few evenings. We would stay here again. The home was clean and inviting.

Our stay at North Port was absolutely fantastic! The property was spotless, beautifully decorated, and thoughtfully designed to make guests feel right at home. Every detail was considered—well-stocked kitchen, comfy linens, and thoughtful touches like having charging cables available in different locations around the house and having a few snacks. It’s clear the host goes above and beyond to create an exceptional experience. The attention to details truly set this place apart from others we’ve stayed at. We couldn’t have asked for a better spot to relax and enjoy our trip. Highly recommend, and we’d love to return!

We had a wonderful stay at this beautiful home! We loved that they had basically everything you might need. They even had a high chair and pack n play which was really useful with our 11 month old. The area is peaceful and quiet but still close to restaurants/grocery stores. Our favorite part of the stay was watching the sunset while relaxing in the pool.

Had small issue but Alejsandr did a great job working with us. He was very responsive and we could tell he wanted to do whatever he could to make our stay great.

Hello all. I highly recommend scheduling a stay at this beautiful home and location. There are many things to do inside, outside and away from the home. Our kiddos were fishing, swimming kayaking and playing games. Not to mention, all of the space for the fur babies to roam freely! We even got a free concert from a neighbor playing a guitar, who had a great voice! 🎵 Our family would go out to enjoy the towns around there and return to make supper and sit down in the HUGE open dining area, that over looks the canal and swimming pool. We spent days at the local beaches in search and FINDING many shark teeth and shells. Man, what a place this was! My family and I are extremely thankful to David for giving us the opportunity or I should say for sharing/opening up his home to us. The communication was great. David responded within minutes to the many questions we had. We would most definitely be returning! ●Hey David, let us know when you want to sell it● hahaha! 👍🏻🙂 Thanks again!!

We had such an amazing, relaxing week. The house, location & weather were all perfect. We spent a majority of our time outside in the very warm pool enjoying the view overlooking the canal...so peaceful. Danielle was very accommodating & fast to respond to any concerns or questions that we had. We have stayed at a few places in the area, we will definitely be returning here. This is our 4th stay at the Blue Turtle. Tony is always responsive, very helpful, and proactive. We already have our next stay booked. The house is beautiful and we feel at home every time we stay here. The home is well equipped, the beds are comfy, it is peaceful and the neighborhood is beautiful.

honestly- i have no words. dina's home is GORGEOUS beyond belief. the pool is absolutely wonderful!!! the home is in such a beautiful, quiet location but close enough to the beach, restaurants, and anything else you want to do. i honestly can't wait to go back- hands down the best airbnb i've EVER stayed at.
