Monthly Rentals in Charlotte Amalie West

Before arrival, Evanton answered my questions and prepared me for arrival. Once I showed up, he greeted me and welcomed me to the island and instructed me of the check in process which was simple and easy. He offered all contact info and said he was available anytime. Over the past week, I would see Evanton in passing and he was always interested in how my day went and how I’m loving the area. He even offered his connections if I chose to stay on the island and needed employment. The price was great and the views were stunning. The remote location means a car is a necessity but also that the area is peaceful and calm. Would absolutely stay here again.

I stayed here for about a month when I was in between places and it was a great experience. The hosts were kind, helpful, and responsive. The location is a little bit out of the way but it is close to the airport which is nice and the island is so small that as long as you have a car, you can still get anywhere pretty quickly. The area is pretty quiet and I didn’t hear much outside noise. You also have your own parking space which is gated, and the drive is pretty simple to the home. There is cool AC in the bedroom and the shower gets very warm. All around a good stay and I would come back to Maria’s home.

I couldn't gush more about this place. Very comfortable, close to town, still have a view, clean and very accessible and Michel was really helpful with any and all processes. Would come back in a heartbeat.

I cannot say enough good things about Jenifer and her place. It has been perfect for my 6 month stay. So perfect, that I ended up staying longer. The apartment is clean, a great size, has comfortable furnishings and everything you need in the kitchen. The neighborhood is quiet and peaceful but not far from a grocery store and gas station as well as main routes to get around the island. Jenifer was quick to respond any time I reached out and has been a pleasure to work with. This place is truly a gem on the Northside!
