We had an amazing week at the Tropical Palm Villa!! Spencer was extremely helpful and always quick to respond to any questions we had. Mason met us and made us feel right at home while checking us into the villa. The views from villa are incredible! The place was perfect for my family of five to enjoy St. Thomas and all it has to offer. We were especially grateful for the amenities that made cooking and grilling a breeze. We also enjoyed the beach gear that was provided, including chairs, beach umbrella, and snorkel gear. The location of the house is perfect, offering easy access to the beach, or a quick drive into Red Hook for restaurants, groceries, and the ferry to St. John. Overall, we had a tremendous week and hope to make it back soon.

The place was amazing! Best vacation we have ever been on. Beautiful views of the water. Snorkel gear and chairs come in handy! My advice would be to rent a car, so you can explore multiple beaches. We felt very at home at Ryan’s place. We were sad to leave.

This place was even better than described. Anything you could think of or might need was available to use. Peaceful, private and clean. One of the best places I’ve ever stayed! We would definitely book with this host in the future. Thank you 😊

From start to finish, April made our stay one of our most memorable vacations. Having visited the island multiple times, we knew exactly what we wanted—and this property checked all the boxes. Anything we needed or requested was promptly addressed by either April or her property managers. This property is truly one of a kind, offering both stunning sunrise and sunset views. The ocean breeze is strong but refreshing, keeping you cool throughout the day. We also opted to have April provision our groceries, and she went above and beyond—everything was neatly put away upon our arrival. Water Island has always held a special place in our family’s heart, and staying here made it even more unforgettable. We can’t recommend it enough!

We found barbs Airbnb at 11pm after dealing with issues at our original Airbnb. Barbs place was amazing! She was such a great host and we can’t wait to come back. We will always use her home when we visit the islands. Thank you so much for helping us turn our trip around at such short notice!

Lovely stay! It was perfect for a family of 4 with the washer & dryer and two full bathrooms. Beach was beautiful and snorkeling was fantastic! It was nice to be several buildings down from the restaurants and busy part of the resort. Also, easy to rent a boat from the marina in walking distance (GoMojo). Would absolutely stay again. We stayed in the two bedroom villa for a few days in April and it was wonderful. We really enjoyed the large patio and amazing views. The beds were very comfortable and bathrooms super clean and nice. Kitchen was well stocked and again very clean. Overall it was such a peaceful retreat and a wonderful stay. Nigel and Karen were wonderful hosts.

Kristen's place was top-tier!! Not to mention the beautiful views and over accommodations. She offered more amenities than we expected. Overall, we had an amazing time and would definitely consider staying there again.

We really enjoyed our stay! The view from the house is incredible, and the amenities provided basically every possible need. We enjoyed the provided beach chair, beach shade, beach towels, snorkel gear, cooler with ice packs, provided snacks, and more! The kitchen had pretty much any appliance and gadget you could need or want, plus Tupperware for prepping beach snacks and lunch. The location was great just up the hill from groceries and restaurants and a short drive from the national park and beaches. The pool area and view from it were terrific. It has to be one of the better sunset watching spots in the island. When we come back to St. John we would easily consider staying here again.

From the moment we arrived, we were blown away by the stunning views of the mountains and ocean—it truly felt like paradise. The villa itself was immaculate, beautifully designed, and had everything we needed for a comfortable and relaxing vacation. Melissa, our host, was phenomenal! She was incredibly responsive, always just a message away, and went above and beyond to make sure our stay was perfect. Whether it was providing great local recommendations, answering any questions we had, or simply ensuring we felt at home, her hospitality was unmatched. Waking up to breathtaking sunrises, lounging on the patio with the cool island breeze, and enjoying the peaceful surroundings made this trip unforgettable. Chirag was so kind and responsive! His place is gorgeous. The pool felt amazing after a long day at the beach or a hike. The place looked just as pictured. I would definitely come back!

Salty Sway Villa #1 is a beautiful home. It’s beachside and the views are amazing. Leah responded quickly to my texts and to address our concerns. The island had a power outage and she was able to assist us quickly when the generator didn’t kick in. The island and the beaches are just beautiful. We definitely will return.

Our stay at Villa Michelle was absolutely beautiful! The views from the Airbnb were breathtaking, and the rooms were cozy and comfortable. Michelle, the host, was incredibly attentive and available for any questions or concerns we had. The amenities were top-notch—a premium espresso machine, a regular coffee maker, and a filtered water system for drinking water. She even provided an iron, a steamer, and all the little essentials you need on vacation. For added convenience, she had sunblock and sunscreen readily available. 10 out of 10—highly recommend! The next time we visit St. Thomas, we’ll definitely be staying here again.

This was our first visit to St. John and we could not have asked for a better vacation spot. Brandon and Maria Bluff Cottage were exactly what we were looking for - simply stunning views, away from all the tourists, but close to all the main place to eat and head to the several beautiful bays. The house itself was lovely - clean, spacious, and all the amenities need to our stay as seamless as possible. Any questions or last minute recommendations were quickly answers by Brandon and his responsive team. We were able to explore the island at our leisure and then soak in the pool at the end of the day before heading out to eat. We hope to be back to the island and Maria Bluff cottage soon! Thank you Brandon for making our stay so easy and enjoyable!

This was our second stay at Mandavilla Rose. It was a great base for our long weekend in St. John. We loved coming back to the pool after a day at the beach and our Friends of the Park Power Swim. And perhaps our favorite time was sitting around the large dining table after dinner with wine, playing the conversation card game that we found on the shelf. We hope to return next year.

John was a fantastic host! His home was beautiful and was the perfect space for our family vacation. His home also has the best views! John was extremely helpful with providing local recommendations.

Mike was excellent in his communication and details. The place and view was spectacular. The privacy of the pool & well stocked chef style kitchen made for just the right evenings. The outdoor grill poolside was amazing to prepare food morning or evening. Pool has morning shade & evening shade which was perfect for our days schedule.

Craig and Kendra were both stupendous. Their house felt very warm and inviting, we felt right at home. The parking was great their pool was beautiful. It’s a great location because I can get to various attractions within minutes. What amazing views from the bedroom. There’s lots to do here. I recommend this place 100%

We really enjoyed this condo on St. John!! It was so comfortable and had everything we needed. We loved sitting out on the covered balcony, enjoying the view, both in the morning while having our coffee and in the evening watching the sunset! The location was fantastic! We walked to town for restaurants & groceries, and we walked to the taxi area to get a ride to the beautiful beaches! There was a steep hill walking back to the condo, but it was worth it for the condo and its location! It was just right for us and our two teenagers:)

This was an excellent spot for our group to all be together and also be close to the beach. We would suggest this to others looking for a private space nearby Magen’s Bay!

This home on St. Thomas was absolutely perfect! From the moment we arrived, we felt welcomed and at ease. The house was stocked with everything we could possibly need—from kitchen essentials to beach gear—making our stay effortless. It was family friendly, with plenty of space for our little one to play safely. The location was unbeatable, offering stunning views and easy access to beaches and local attractions. The hosts clearly put thought into every detail, ensuring comfort and convenience. We would visit again in a heartbeat—highly recommend for families or anyone looking for an stress-free getaway!

Villa Catalina was a beautiful home with a great south view of the Caribbean. Minutes from Cruz bay and restaurants/ groceries. We spent many evenings on the deck using the well provision kitchen to have dinner on the deck after a day at the beautiful Saint John beaches. We had four adults and two kids which the sleeping arrangements were perfect for. We hope to return to this home someday if we can fit Saint John into our schedule. We were also met at the ferry dock in Cruz bay by the hosts and escorted to the home with a quick tour which was a bonus.
