Holiday rentals with a patio in Charley Young Beach

Very nice Apartment in Kihei directly at the Beach, only 1 minute away. The Apartment was very Clean and everything was available at Check-in. If I plan to visit Maui again, I will definitely come here again!

Wir würden jederzeit wieder dort übernachten. Die ganze Anlage ist sehr gepflegt und es war sehr sauber. Es war alles vorhanden was wir benötigten und was absolut SUPER war, es hatte eine Waschmaschine und einen Trockner. Vielen Dank für diese tolle Unterkunft in Maui.

Die Wohnung von Annie ist ein absoluter Traum. Die Lage ist fantastisch. Die gepflegte Anlage befindet sich gleich neben den ganzen Luxushotels in Wailea mit direktem Strandzugang. Es ist wie im Paradies dort. Ich war noch nie in einem so gut ausgestattetem Airbnb zu Gast. Badetücher, Strandliegen, Sonnenschirme, Schnorchelausrüstung, Strandspielzeug, Kühltaschen und noch vieles mehr machen den Urlaub zu einem Erlebnis. Kosmetika, Kaffee, Gewürze, Wattepads, ja sogar Schwimmwindeln waren vorhanden. Annie hat uns auch einen späteren Check out ermöglicht. Das Swimmingpool und der Strandpavillon sind ganz toll. Man kann dort auch seine Lebensmittel in Kühlschränke geben und auch Griller und Herd sind dort vorzufinden. Der Zugang zum bekannten Beachwalk befindet sich gleich neben dem Strand. Es war herrlich dort jeden Tag die 5 km zu gehen. Der Strand ist wunderschön dort. 100-prozentige Weiterenpfehlung. Unbedingt buchen, wenn man nach Maui kommt. Great host went above and beyond to make sure we had the best time during our stay. I would definitely stay again when im in town!!!

I was impressed with the outside view - the view matched description perfectly. The host is very responsive. We could get the A/C to work in the living room since as there are special instructions to follow but the host took the time to respond back to us at late hour and immediately scheduled a maintenance crew to inspect the very next day. There aren’t many food options walking distance (more or less 30min), but we had a car so everything worked out great! Otherwise no problems at checking in or finding the place. Highly recommend!

Micheal was quick to respond and had great recommendations. BONUS Micheal left a $50 gift card to Monkeypod restaurant for us! Monkeypod is a fabulous local craft restaurant! I’ve been to Maui several times And this by far my favorite stay. Micheal’s condo is clean, very comfortable, and centrally located to everything. This was our second stay at Maui Vista and first time in this condo—everything was just as listed! Shannon’s check-in instructions were clear and sent a week in advance, which made things easy. The location is perfect—2-minute walk to the beach, 10 minutes to shops and restaurants, and parking was always easy. Loved having a full kitchen, plus a rice cooker and Keurig! The in-unit washer/dryer was super convenient. Stress-free, comfortable stay. We’d definitely come back. Mahalo, Shannon!

We had an amazing time. Amy & Jay were extremely responsive and the property was immaculate. Our family of 5 had everything we needed to be comfortable, enjoy the beach and be within 15 minutes of anything on the west side of Maui. We plan on returning soon!

Wow, we truly felt this was the perfect place for us during our honeymoon. We loved the privacy and open grass area that had the most romantic view. Waking up to the roosters and spotting the geckos around the property really added to the experience. The place was so spacious and has everything you need and more. The best sushi spot, grocery store and breakfast joint are a short walk away. We will never forget this little sanctuary, and hope to come back to it in the future. Thank you so much, Hunter!

This home was as described and the view is out of this world. Every morning we would enjoy our coffee and every evening we would love watching the sunset from the lanai. As you can see from other reviews, this house gets 5 stars because the pros are endless. However - we want to go over a few cons because as a group we rented both sides of the townhouse ($$$$$) and there were some issues that we felt may have swayed our decision to stay there had we known. 1) The homeless in the area. There is public beach access next door to an empty lot - There is then a church that provides free daily meals right behind the home. Put all of this together and the area has become a hang out spot. We had authorities called twice (sleeping in the bushes right outside our room that had bars installed on the windows/blocking the driveway) but could have called them every day. 2) No AC (we knew this) but it gets HOT and if you have littles it will be a problem. 3) Rocky beach entry. Bring water shoes!

Kapalua Ridge is an incredible development and Kevin’s place was absolutely stunning. The entire setup gives all the resorts in the area a run for their money. The place itself was clean, well equipped, massive and luxurious. The views of the coast and islands was beautiful and we enjoyed stunning views everyday. It’s a short walk to the beach and few steps past the nearby beach gets you to Kapalua bay which is where the restaurants are. The bathrooms were very large and luxurious - which we loved. Our host Kevin was super responsive and was very helpful with recommendations and helping us find things in the airbnb. Will come back here if in Maui - amazing place.

Mike and Ashley were incredibly amazing and helpful. They really went above and beyond for us. Really appreciated the special touch they left us for our anniversary and will recommend them to and friends and family that visit Maui. Their place is beautiful and it looks even better in pictures. It is perfectly homey, private, and quiet, which was very nice but also close to the beach with a three minute walk couldn’t recommend staying with Mike and Ashley more. Thanks for helping make our anniversary trip special!

Prime location. House was equipped with beach necessities which made it really convenient for the family. A short walk across the highway and you're right at airport beach.

The airbnb was great, clean, easy access, and it came with its own parking space and patio. Overall pretty content with the place, it was comfortable for a group of 5 no complaints. And Emma was an awesome host! Super responsive, understanding, and let us check in early. She also gave us recommendations of nearby activites and restaurants which was a nice gesture. Overall happy with the airbnb, would stay here again.

We loved this home. Whether it was having dinner with a Maui Sunset or enjoying the first morning cup on the front patio with the blue Pacific as a backdrop or just enjoying the home and beautifully kept landscaping, with pool, we have nothing but positive things to say about this experience. The owner was very responsive to our questions. Truly felt like we were guests not customers. I was traveling with my Niece and her teen age and adult children and we all loved it. Lots of snorkeling and beach gear. Restaurants, beaches and shopping all very convenient. Several good swimming and snorkeling beaches minutes away. We had an amazing time during our stay. This home is perfectly located close to all the beaches. And the best part was it's proximity to the south Maui gardens food trucks and the famous Kihei cafe. The place had everything needed for a perfect beach vacation. Thank you for giving us a perfect place.

It was a perfect home base for our week long vacation in Maui, it had AC in both the bedroom and main living room but the windows were great as well to help cool the place down. The patio had a fantastic view, parking was plentiful, and a peaceful nearly private beach is right across the street. Plenty of things to walk to, restaurants, coffee, beaches. The Airbnb provides beach chairs, umbrella, towels, even a cooler which was great. There was a slight problem with the window in the bedroom not opening or closing and the host was very responsive and was able to fix the issue during our stay.

I can’t say enough great things about our stay at Carrie’s beautiful condo in Kihei! From the moment we arrived, we felt right at home. The unit was clean and well-stocked with everything we needed and more!!! The location is unbeatable—just a short walk to the beach, great restaurants, and local shops. We started every morning with coffee on the lanai. The proximity to the cove and changs beach made it easy to pop down for a swim or the sunset! The condo complex itself is quiet, beautifully maintained, and has all the amenities you’d want. The condo has a pool, BBQ area, and plenty of parking. Whether you’re looking for adventure or just a relaxing escape, her place delivers. Highly recommend staying here—we’re already planning our return trip!!! Carrie is the best!!!!!!!

Ideal location! Right across the street is the surf rental shop. We ended up surfing the cove almost every morning. The south maui gardens with a variety of food trucks is right next door. The location in Kihei is truly the best with so many activities within walking distance. It was also great having a refrigerator with an ice and filtered water dispenser. The pool at the building is also very well kept. Lynn is very responsive and a great host!

We absolutely loved our stay at Kristina’s place! It was so close to many walkable beaches and food. I loved how central it was to other beaches too! Also the best part was having everything we needed from towels, chairs, other beach necessities in the house! The only thing to note when booking is it gets very hot in the bedroom due to the AC unit only being in the living room. Thank you Kristina! We had a wonderful honeymoon at your place.

Beautiful place to stay. The views from the balcony are amazing! The condo was comfortable and had everything we needed for a great stay. We walked down the beach a couple of times and were able to see turtles that were resting on the sand. The swing is a great touch and great to relax in. Jeremy is very responsive. Would definitely stay again.
