Condo holiday rentals in Charley Young Beach

We loved our stay here! Perfect location, steps to the beach, great restaurants close by, and super walkable. The place was stocked with umbrellas, chairs, coolers, blenders, etc. Bed was comfy too. The balcony though, sealed the deal! We spent our early evenings playing games, having drinks and watching the sunset. Will definitely come back! The only negative was that the AC pushed all the heat onto the balcony which made for an even hotter balcony but small potatoes! Was still enjoyable.

We had a fantastic stay! The place was spotless and had everything we needed for a comfortable visit. From the well-stocked kitchen to the cozy linens, every detail was thoughtfully taken care of. Check-in was smooth, and communication with the host was excellent. We’d definitely stay here again and highly recommend it.

I had a wonderful stay at this Airbnb! The place was exactly as described, very clean, nicely decorated, and well-maintained. It had everything I needed for a comfortable and relaxing visit. The neighborhood was a real highlight too safe, and full of walkable spots like great cafes, restaurants, and little shops. It was easy to explore the area on foot, which made the stay even more enjoyable. The host Andrea was very attentive and responsive! I’d definitely recommend this place and would love to stay here again!

Ray’s place was close enough to every important attraction in Maui. The host was responsive and gave clear instructions. The place was very clean and comfortable for two people.

Darren was such a great host! He was always quick to respond and very kind and informative throughout the entire stay. He made time to check on us and made sure our stay was going well. Everything was easy to access and his Airbnb provided many great items for the beach. He gave recommendations and we did use this guide to help us plan. Pool access was easy and nice. After long days out and at the beach, coming back to the pool was very relaxing. We loved that abc store was just a 5 minute walk. Thank you for a wonderful stay for our first time in Maui!

My wife and I had a great time at Todd’s place. The location is great, lots of food trucks and coffee shops steps away from the condo. There is a friendly surf spot just in front of the condo. The condo is very well equipped with brand new appliances. I totally recommend this place!

We had an awesome stay at Island surf! The Airbnb is in the perfect location across the road from the beach and right next to a number of great restaurants. Would recommend this place if you’re staying in South Kihei

We loved our stay here! The view was stunning every night that we watched the sunset from the lanai it was just gorgeous. The parking is so convenient, the location was just right for what we were looking for. It was a nice relaxing quiet location for this mom and dad’s first trip away without our LO. Sandra was so responsive and kind. We had originally planned to bring our LO and the pack and play was already set up for us and had toys and books in a neat little container if we needed them. Thanks again!

The perfect spot to stay for an adventure filled Maui vacation. It is centrally located on the island where there are multiple food trucks, restaurants, and a grocery store in walking distance. The place is at an intersection of 2 somewhat busy streets but the street traffic was not heard inside. The apartment owner has a big map of Maui hanging up with about 20 suggested locations to visit which we found to be very useful as we did a 5-day self-guided tour of the island. I would stay here again for future Maui vacations.

Lovely space and a lot bigger than I was expecting. Definitely a place I would book again and would recommend to others.

Misti was a wonderful host. Very responsive to any questions or queries we had. Great location with many amenities and restaurants within a short walking distance. And the King bed was quite comfortable and greatly appreciated. Most 1 bd/1ba condos on Maui utilize a queen size bed for some reason. Would book again anytime

this is the best Airbnb on the island! amazing neighborhood close to everything! it felt safe and had a hometown feel. everyone was so friendly. the place itself had everything we needed and the view was incredible! much better than the picture! when our host realized we didn't have beach towels he made sure some were delivered and we were thrilled to come back and see like 6 brand new thick beach towels!! having the washer and dryer in the unit made things so easy too! can't say enough great things about this place and the hosts ! we will be booking here for our next trip! 10/10 recommend!

This place is an absolute oasis. The freedom to walk a mere few steps directly into the Pacific Ocean was bliss. It wasn't cheap, but it was worth every dollar and I definitely intend to return some day. Highly recommend.

Great condo in a great location in Kihei, well stocked with many eclectic things you may need during your stay. Beds were comfortable and the living room was spacious. Convenient parking nearby and great ocean views.

We stayed from June 5-12 and saw soooo many sea turtles from the lanai. Not sure if you can see them year round or just during this time, but it was a real highlight for us! We loved the 5th floor view, both rooms are very comfortable and accommodated two couples well. They have three AC units in the apartment that made it comfortable to sleep at night without getting too hot. The complex has a heated pool that is open until 9PM and scarcely used by others during our visit. They also had beach essentials like folding chairs, a cooler, umbrella, and towels that made our beach trips luxurious! We will definitely look to rent this place again for our future trips to Maui!

Very nice apartment in a very good location. South Maui Gardens are very near and highly recommended. Carolyn was also very friendly and easy to reach.

Kalea’s was alway available to answer questions very quickly. The condo was very well taken care of and had everything we needed. Loved the location and area much different than Kanapali as it’s much closer to other areas of the Island to explore. The lights and fan can be tricky at times but remember your own Hawaiian time. Mahalo

This was a nice place to be if you want be away from the super touristy area of Maui. It made it a little more peaceful and not as crowded as the hotel and resort areas are. This location was also in a great area to do most of the popular activities on Maui and is not too far from the airport. The kitchen and living area had a/c, but the bedroom did not. However, with the 2 fans in the bedroom, it was plenty comfortable to sleep. This place was a great bargain.

Brie’s place was amazing! Located right near everything you may need during your stay. The beach gear was a huge plus. Would definitely recommend this stay for anyone visiting! & would definitely stay again. :)

Great place! Honestly words can’t explain to be here. I enjoyed every moment I had in Maui. Beach is so close by to visit daily!!!

We were there for 4 nights. The condo is in a great Kihei location, right across from the beach and very close to good restaurants, bakeries, and grocery markets. Checking-in and -out instructions were very clear and simple. We appreciate the owners granting us a 2 pm check in time. Make sure to follow the directions to the condo. I Googled the address and Google Maps took me to an empty lot. However, when I inputted the name of the condo complex, Google Maps directed me correctly. The condo unit is in an aging building, so don't expect luxury. But the unit has everything you would need, including a bunch of beach and recreational equipment. Furnishings in the condo were clean and comfortable. There was no need to ask for anything else. The mattress was comfortable. We did not use the Murphy bed, so cannot comment on it. The in-unit washer and dryer was very useful. And we really appreciated the AC units in the bedroom and living area. Both were quick to cool the condo.

This property (AND Rob and Jessica) was amazing! It was a perfect location for Maui. We could walk to SO many restaurants, coffee cafes, beaches, pickleball courts And they had everything we needed for snorkeling and beach outings….beach towels, umbrella, wagon, snorkel gear, etc. etc It was very clean. We will stay here again.
