Great location in The Fan neighborhood of Richmond; close to everything; tons of good restaurants; very walkable. Well appointed with everything to feel right at home. Will definitely stay here again if business or sports bring us to Richmond.

The place was really nice in a quiet neighborhood, I wish we could have booked it in the summer to use the grill in the back, so a nice little retreat for my family it felt like home. My family would use this place again.

This was a wonderful, charming place. So easy to find and check in. It was absolutely clean and tidy. Check in and check out were easy. I was a little nervous at first for street parking in Richmond can be difficult, but it wasn't an issue at any time of the day or evening when we returned to the home. Sitting on the porch enjoying the weather after a day of touring the city was so pleasant. The area is peaceful and quiet. It is perfectly placed for access to all activities in Richmond but quiet and restful in the evening and sleeping, away from the hustle bustle of the city. We will happily stay again when the need arises.

We LOVED Lacey’s place. It was so cute, it was clean, and it was in a great location. As someone passionate about interior design, I was obsessed with this home. Adorable and comfortable. Lacey was super communicative and kind. Would stay again!

This home was beautiful! So often Airbnbs are clearly flips, especially in Richmond . They are nice enough but you can tell someone bought it and renovated it solely to make money as an Airbnb host. This space was very different. This home is beautiful and is decorated according to the era in which it was built, while still being incredible comfortable and having all the amenities. The hosts were warm and friendly and had obviously lived here at some point because their recommendations were spot on and the home wasn’t bare bones and basic furniture. They had thought through what guests would need or want and made sure we felt comfortable in the space. This is a beautifully maintained, elegant and cozy home and our family loved staying here. Bonus: parking on the street was very easy (we always managed to get a spot right out front) and the AC worked very well.

My family was surprised that we found the house for the price of our stay—and it fit our needs perfectly. It’s dog friendly—we didn’t bring them not realizing this. Urbana is such a cute town. There was even a bike (we didn’t use as we had tons of things to do) !

The place was exactly as depicted. Great place for a private night in Virginia.

We were just staying there because of work, but it was in a cool area and if you like the outdoors there is a big trail.

Crystal's condo was spotless and an easy place to stay. Crystal was very proactive and made us feel welcome. her dinner suggestions were superb too! perfect for a weekend getaway in a resort atmosphere. Thank you so much, we highly recommend!

Absolutely beautiful place to stay. We enjoyed everything the home offered. Lots of things for the kids to do. My daughter enjoyed the pool very much! The home and property were better in person. Super clean and comfortable beds. I would definitely recommend and will return for sure!

We had a great stay—the backyard is beautiful and peaceful; the pool resort-quality and refreshing; kitchen well-equipped for preparing chef-quality meals; house full of interesting reads, artwork, and games. Everyone from 9 to 92 enjoyed the house. We also explored the neighborhood and found it close to all sorts of interesting places right out the front door. Would definitely stay again next time we come to Richmond.

It is an incredible property, pictures and words don’t do it justice. The home, grounds and neighborhood are very well appointed with a wonderful layout. There are multiple outdoor gathering areas, we saw swans daily, the bird and frog songs were enchanting. We walked the neighborhood every day. The pool and landscaping were amazing. The master wing is exceptional. We were there for a family wedding and the “princess” dressing room was very well used. The master bath/ shower room has a steam feature that we enjoyed and the” sparkly” bath and shower were magical for our grandkids ( and the adults.). The art and collections were exotic and everyone, not just the grandchildren were enchanted. We entertained 10-25 guests comfortably each evening. As to previous reviews about cleanliness-it was fine, as per linens, everything was available, clean, folded. PS if you want the St. Regis this property has much more to offer than fluffy robes and slippers. We will be back!

We really enjoyed our stay at Erica‘s place. Absolutely perfect location if you are going to a show at the Allianz amphitheater. Finding the place was very straightforward and Erica met us to guide us to parking, etc. Having a spot in the parking garage was great. The room itself was comfortable, private, and quiet. Nice, cold AC! Erica left some extras for us, much appreciated! It’s a pleasant walk along the canal to get to the amphitheater and it is walking distance from a fun Mexican restaurant and several coffee shops. We would absolutely stay here again if we are in the area!

A great place to stay if you are in the area. Owners are very accommodating, house was clean, and very private which we loved. No issues during our stay and Virginia was even nice enough to set a time for our children to see the donkeys that they have on their property when we asked if we could visit them. 100% will stay here again!

We were on vacation and planned to go to Busch gardens and water country USA. The property was only about an hour away and we got to go on the ferry which the kids absolutely loved! That was a first time experience for many of us so that was a real treat. The property itself was just as pictured. It was nice and private and the kids enjoyed the swings and the giant checker table. The cabin had everything we needed during our stay and it was very homey. We be more than happy to stay here again or recommend it to anyone that would be visiting the area. Keisha was very responsive and checked in with us to make sure everything was going well.

Jazmin thought of everything! The house was well appointed and so clean. So very thankful! We had a wonderful and peaceful stay. Loved seeing the bunnies and fireflies.

Very cozy, comfortable cottage with charm and modern upgrades. Private and quiet; lovely view of the water. Comfortable beds and sofa. All amenities, just like home. Three TVs, large screens in LR and MSBR. Large screened porch overlooking water. Hosts were responsive and helpful.

We’ve stayed with Lynne on several occasions and it’s always been great. Through the years, updates have been made and we appreciate the care for the property. Very easy and accessible location. Beautiful and private backyard ♥️

We needed a place to stay with our dog. Turned out to be the perfect place. Had everything we needed and our doggie felt right at home.

Wonderful home! can sleep way more than what was described using airbeds if necessary. worked for us as singles!!! clean, neat and spacious!! private space....one the landscape is complete it will be 1,000,000 stars!!!!! Note: bring a portable speaker or 2 if you like music!!!

Casey was extremely friendly, responsive, and helpful. When we arrived, there was a complimentary bottle of wine and a binder full of local recommendations. The apartment was clean, cozy, and looked exactly like the photos. Check in and checkout was super easy. We learned Casey has other airbnbs so we will definitely keep his locations in mind for future travel. Overall 10/10!!
