Both bedrooms lead to balconies, the views are spectacular. We are connected to a 24 hour security service that will escort you into the apartment if you are coming home late or alone. The whole apartment is available. Open plan lounge dining kitchen and two en-suite bathrooms, entry area and deck. I am an artist, so my studio (opposite to apartment entry) will be locked as I will use it as a storeroom. Located just a few kilometers west of Cape Town CBD, Fresnaye is one of the city's most affluent neighborhoods. The loft is just a short stroll from high-end Sea Point eateries. Head to Saunders’ Rock Tidal Pool on hot days for a refreshing dip. Unfortunately we only have street parking, but we are 100m from the MyCiti bus stop and we have found that most guests find using Uber, most convenient. If you prefer a personalized tour guide or shuttle service, we can organize that as well. Please note there will be extra outdoor furniture added to deck before your stay. Its very close to Noordhoek beach but also the central attractions of Cape Town via the amazing. Noordhoek is a peaceful character rich place with great restaurants, farm shops, horses and lot and lots of beach and hiking trails. We have a cozy fireplace for winter and BBQ for summer. Further up in the mountain of Kronenzicht in a quiet cul-de-saq you can unsettle while having a dip in your private and heated hot tub, relax under the rain shower with stunning views on the back of table mountain and little lionshead or start your sunset walk on the beautiful sand dunes next to our property, even all the way down to Sandy Bay.

Cape Town city centre, with its renowned V&A Waterfront, shops, theatres and Table Mountain cableway is a mere 45 minute drive away, while the multiple attractions of the southern peninsula such as Boulders Beach penguins, historic Simon's Town and the Cape Point National Park all lie within a scenic one hour drive.

Our studio apartment opens up onto a 40sq meter balcony with a panoramic view of the Hout Bay Valley and the Helderberg mountains beyond. Large sliding doors disappear into the walls creating an unimpeded indoor/outdoor flow while the elevated position protects your privacy. The open plan bathroom faces onto an enclosed secret garden which includes a frame-less glass shower. The unit has a fully equipped kitchenette and is serviced daily except weekends and public holidays.

Primaview is situated in beautiful Camps Bay, Cape Town. Offering comfortable accommodation, alongside an inviting pool and surrounded by panoramic views of mountains and sea. Camps Bay is a scenic residential area, close to the city, as well as the famous Clifton Beaches. There are shops and popular restaurants along the Camps Bay Promenade.
