Spread over 2 houses, La Bergerie and L'Atelier, it can accommodate up to 28 people. The 2 houses can also be rented separately. Wooded park, pond with pedal boat, heated pool, games, this is the perfect place to gather in the green for families or friends. In winter, the stoves, the billiards table, the 2 large lounges and the games room will allow you to spend convivial evenings.

Cottage in the heart of Perche

Located in the heart of the Perche region, less than 2 hours away from Paris, come and relax in this typical Percheron house, fully renovated with stone walls, exposed beams, bricks and terracotta floor tiles. The property is set in one hectare of land with an orchard, a garden and a large park with sheeps, all not overlooked. The house has two terraces: the main one faces east and overlooks the park, while the second faces west, so you can enjoy the outdoors as the sun shines.

Carefully decorated and perfectly equipped, the Ferme de la Boétie is rented in its entirety. This country house has large common areas (living room, dining room, TV area), 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. Outside, enjoy the garden and meadow. In the heart of the Perche Regional Natural Park, you can explore according to your desires (tasting, flea markets, hiking, sports, spa...). Capacity: 9 adults and 3 children (extra bed on the ground floor and 2 baby beds on request).
