On the 1st floor without elevator access I'm available to provide any assistance you may require. Between the walls of the old town, at the foot of Annecy Castle, come and savor the alpine tradition. Public covered paid parking 50 meters away Free parking 700 meters away The apartment (45 m2) is located on the courtyard side, absolute silence guaranteed. It features a private outdoor terrace (without view), which you can enjoy for lunch or relaxation. The bedroom window doesn't have a view either.

Close to Lake Annecy, this bright and comfortable accommodation offers the expected countryside calm and change of scenery. Ideally located, PRM access on the ground floor and large living spaces with large rooms, the cathedral living room offers views of the surrounding mountains without overlooking. Tranquility is required, and parties and lively evenings are not allowed.

Highway entrance 5 minutes away: Geneva 40 minutes. Free private parking. Small shop and multi-service bar a 5-minute walk away. Very quiet, not overlooked.

Niché en pleine nature au coeur de la Chartreuse, venez découvrir notre dôme indépendant au sein de notre petite exploitation agricole Quintessence de Chartreuse, dédiée aux plantes. Vous serez charmé(e)(s) par la vue sur la vallée, les falaises à 360° avec le Grand Som en fond. Notre maison et les locaux de la ferme se trouvent à 80 mètres du dôme et de sa terrasse, sans vis-à-vis. Si vous souhaitez rester plusieurs nuits n'hésitez pas à demander des informations.

Notre chalet indépendant, sans vis à vis, entre lacs et montagnes est idéal pour les couples amoureux de la nature désirant se ressourcer au calme. A 650 m d'altitude, la vue à 180° depuis la terrasse est exceptionnelle sur les montagnes environnantes. On peut y observer fréquemment des rapaces et autres oiseaux ainsi que de grands animaux ( cerfs, biches ) selon la saison. Le chalet ne convient pas aux enfants ni aux bébés.
