Tranquility is required, and parties and lively evenings are not allowed.

60 m2 2-room apartment on the 1st floor, of a detached house, independent entrance. 1 bedroom, with double bed 140, 1 living room with sofa bed 120, 1 independent kitchen, 1 bathroom with bathtub. Access to garden. Located in the countryside with unobstructed views of the mountains, in a small village 10 km from Annecy and 25 km from Aix-les-Bains. Highway entrance 5 minutes away: Geneva 40 minutes. Free private parking. Small shop and multi-service bar a 5-minute walk away. Very quiet, not overlooked.

L’appartement, non fumeur, est situé à l’étage de notre grange, juste rénovée. Avec 1 chambre double et 2 couchages sur une vaste et haute mezzanine (non adaptée aux très jeunes enfants) vous y séjournerez confortablement à 4. Dans le jardin vous pourrez croisez d’autres hôtes ou encore nos chats et notre jeune chien ou nos tortues ;) Linge de lit et de toilette non fourni pour les séjours de moins de 5 nuits (ou 10€/pers/séjour) Ménage à votre charge ou à régler en supplément sur place (30€)

Ce logement offre un séjour idéal pour toute la famille. Située à la campagne, la maison est à 2 min de la sortie d'autoroute Seynod sud et à seulement 10 min d'Annecy. Vous disposerez d'une piscine chauffée en été à 27 degrés. Dans le jardin vous avez egalement à disposition une table de ping pong, un trampoline, un portique de jeux, un barbecue, un hamac et 2 transats. Il s'agit de notre maison louée en notre absence. Nous avons 2 chats sociables et gentils qui séjourneront à vos côtés.
