Pretty little cottage, fully equipped, heating included, sharing our tennis court, pool, 'pitch & chip' golf, set in our 20 acre garden of undulating grass and wild flower filled meadows, edged by copses where nightingales nest every year and sing all night long. In July/Aug we offer 2 breakfasts and a 4-course menu (sometimes in the freezer) with carafe of wine for every 7 nights booked [No obligation]. Country walks, gorgeous local village, Grand Brassac. In the secluded garden your own private hot tub awaits and a moss lined path leads you to the waters edge 30 m away.The frame is made from tree trunks,the walls and benches hand sculpted from earth and finished with clay paints.The overhead skylight and tall windows give a light and airy feel to the inside and ensure a view of the sky and 100 acre woodlands without moving from the kingsize bed .

The cottage "La Petite Maison", 3-star furnished tourist accommodation, where it is good to spend time. Located in the middle of nature, in the heart of Périgord Vert, just 3 minutes from Brantôme. You will enjoy staying here for its comfort and tranquillity, with its south-east-facing terrace, jacuzzi and garden (not fenced). PLEASE NOTE: Jacuzzi included for all rentals between May 1 and September 30. Outside of this period the jacuzzi is extra, on request.

The cottage has a fully equipped kitchenette, and use of the swimming pool during the summer months, and for the winter months we have a pellet stove in the main living area, and a radiator in the bedroom upstairs. The bathroom has a heated towel rail.
