A large pool nestles within the stone walls of a former barn and the grounds offer ample places to play, relax and enjoy the views.

West-facing gite with countryside views. Each season is special, orchids in spring, sunflowers in summer and mushrooming in Autumn. Star gazing all year round! We offer from May to August: 2 breakfasts (continental & cooked breakfast options) and a 4-course menu with wine per 6 nights booked. Gîte Le Séchoir

Périgord Vert A 15 km de BRANTOME, 2 km de LISLE (Tous commerces). Proche de la Dronne (500 m) pour baignade, pêche ou canoë Gîte de charme, ancien séchoir en pierre composé de 3 chambres dont une de plain-pied avec un lit double et une salle d'eau + WC. A l'étage une chambre avec un lit double, une autre avec un lit double + un lit simple et une salle de bains avec WC. Grande pièce de vie avec cuisine ouverte, accès vaste terrasse avec magnifique vue sur la campagne. Jardin privé et clos.

Maison rénovée pour se retrouver en famille ou entre amis à la campagne le temps d'un week-end ou pour un long séjour ! Équipements : 4 chambres , 3 salles d'eau , 2 WC, cuisine équipée, salon, terrain de pétanque , grand jardin,table de ping-pong , barbecue, piscine sécurisée , et belle terrasse couverte. Commerces à 5 minutes et nombreux sites à proximité : Brantôme , marché de Ribérac, Aubeterre-sur-Dronne , golf, château de Fayolle à Tocane, grand étang de La Jemaye ,canoë ...

Maison au bord de l'eau

Nous sommes heureux de vous accueillir dans notre grange récemment rénovée, offrant une vue imprenable sur la Dronne et le moulin du pont, d'où vous pourrez pratiquer randonnée, VTT, canoë, pêche à la ligne, promenade en barque, baignade... A moins d'un kilomètre, le bourg de Tocane offre toutes les commodités. Entre Brantôme, Périgueux et Ribérac, vous pourrez découvrir au gré de vos envies la richesse du patrimoine, les marchés colorés ainsi que les nombreux festivals de l'été.

Barn Cottage

Nestled in a pretty Dordogne village, ideally situated to explore the local area. this charming converted barn offers the ideal retreat for couples or solo travellers and is a 2-minute walk from local shops and bar/restaurant. Accommodation features an open-plan kitchen and sitting room and first-floor bedroom with shower and WC. Air-conditioning ensures year-round comfort. Fibre optic broadband and Smart TV. Private, south-facing courtyard. Not suitable for children or animals.

gîte sur la rivière

Notre gîte se situe dans un moulin sur la très belle rivière La Dronne. C est un appartement très spacieux (55M2) entièrement rénové. Une chambre avec vue sur la rivière, et magnifique terrasse la surplombant. Accès direct à la rivière pour baignade ou canoé que nous mettons à votre disposition. Attention l'escalier menant au gîte est assez étroit et pentu et ne convient pas aux personnes à mobilité réduite ainsi qu à certaines personnes ayant des difficultés à se déplacer

Magnifique gîte tout confort, jacuzzi, Brantôme

Le gîte "La Petite Maison", meublé de tourisme 3 étoiles, où il est bon de passer du temps. Situé en pleine nature, au cœur du Périgord Vert, à seulement 3 min de Brantôme. Vous apprécierez y séjourner pour son confort et sa quiétude, avec sa terrasse exposée Sud-Est, son jacuzzi et son jardin (non clos). À NOTER : Jacuzzi inclus pour toutes locations entre le 1er mai et le 30 septembre. En dehors de cette période le jacuzzi est en supplément, sur demande.

(English below) An elegant 14th century chateau nestled in a park surrounded by high walls with a swimming pool. A property full of character with many original elements, along with a lovely covered terrace great for 'al fresco' dining with the family, overlooking the gardens and pool area. A perfect French country retreat in the heart of the Perigord, Dordogne. Lovely spot to meet up with your family or friends or colleagues.

Cottage set in idyllic water mill

A pretty cottage set in a water mill, it is ideal for a couple, but can also accommodate a family of up to 4 people. The cottage has a fully equipped kitchenette, and use of the swimming pool during the summer months, and for the winter months we have a pellet stove in the main living area, and a radiator in the bedroom upstairs. The bathroom has a heated towel rail.

Pretty little cottage, fully equipped, heating included, sharing our tennis court, pool, 'pitch & chip' golf, set in our 20 acre garden of undulating grass and wild flower filled meadows, edged by copses where nightingales nest every year and sing all night long. Country walks, gorgeous local village, Grand Brassac. Cosy, rustic, peaceful, 360º views.
