Holiday rentals with a patio in Chapala

The apartment is beautiful, it has everything you need to have an incredible time, very clean. I liked the location. The only thing the pool is freezing, it doesn't take advantage of 100 but there is a jacuzzi that helped balance because there were almost no people. When all the apartments are inhabited I hope they put heating in the pool to take advantage of it.

The views of the lake from the condo and from the rooftop patio were absolutely stunning. Greeting the day with a beautiful sunrise was enchanting. The small town of El Chante offered all the shopping I needed. Although there aren't many "dining out" options in El Chante, you can get a bus easily and within a few minutes have tons of restaurant options. Although there were a few issues with power and water outages, they were brief and LiaZa's great communication made it easy to navigate. The security team is exceptional. They were always friendly and ready to support. I would definitely consider returning to this property when I come back to the Lake Chapala area.

The apartment is spacious, well situated, and beautifully decorated. The artwork is representative of Ajijic's artistic community, and the furnishings are comfortable and attractive. We enjoyed cool breezes and the sounds of birds singing. I needed an early check-in and this was accomplished with ease. A personal greeting and tour of the house made me feel right at home. The beds were comfortable, linens and towels fresh, and the bathrooms were beautiful with excellent plumbing and walk-in showers. The location, half a block from the malecon, could not have been any better. We walked safely day and night to restaurants, shops, and the plaza principal. This place is beautiful and the hosts are kind and hospitable. I hope it is available for my next trip to Ajiiic.

It was one of the most beautiful and relaxing weekends we had. In the large bed you sleep very well and this shower is a dream. Everything is very clean and you feel very comfortable and safe. The best part is the private pool. It is such a luxury and we were able to recharge a lot and recover. A really nice house with lots of details and a great host. I'm sure we'll be back. Thank you

The ranch is a gorgeous and peaceful place to stay in the country, but not too far from town and Lake Chapala. The house has everything you might need. Mauricio was happy to help and easy to contact. Definitely ask about going for a horse ride! Absolutely marvelous place to enjoy with family.

A beautiful place to spend a few quiet days with the family. The house has everything you need to have fun and a great time. You don't need to leave the house, as it has all the services, the view is spectacular and the pool is always warm, Javier is always very attentive and willing to answer any questions, we will definitely return soon

We had a really nice and relaxing weekend! We were provided with clear directions and wonderful contacts, to make our stay even better! It's a plus that they have towels and basic personal hygiene stuff so they don't carry so much ! The condominium is quite quiet, the pool is large, and the apartment is quite comfortable 😬 thanks for all your attention!!!

Brenda at all times was in touch with us, relatively close to the airport, just a little noise with the neighbors who apparently had a party but didn't take long to be quiet, otherwise everything was excellent!!

If you are looking for a nice and cozy living space, this is it. Beautiful landscaping in this peaceful gated community. with a great pool and within walking distance to many restaurants, a Plaza and a lake walkway. (malecon). I hope to return soon.

We loved the apartment, it's much nicer than what you see in photos and the living room is super comfortable Everything smells delicious The only bad thing was the cold pool and that there was no hot water in the apartment bathrooms But everything was great
