Holiday rentals with a patio in Chapala

Our stay at Lilia's place was absolutely fantastic! The condo was impeccably clean, beautifully decorated, and had everything we could possibly need for a comfortable and enjoyable stay. Lilia was a wonderful host. We especially appreciated the well-equipped kitchen, the comfortable bed, the lovely outdoor space. The location was perfect for what we needed and we truly felt at home. We highly recommend this Airbnb and would definitely stay here again!

The views of the lake from the condo and from the rooftop patio were absolutely stunning. Greeting the day with a beautiful sunrise was enchanting. The small town of El Chante offered all the shopping I needed. Although there aren't many "dining out" options in El Chante, you can get a bus easily and within a few minutes have tons of restaurant options. Although there were a few issues with power and water outages, they were brief and LiaZa's great communication made it easy to navigate. The security team is exceptional. They were always friendly and ready to support. I would definitely consider returning to this property when I come back to the Lake Chapala area.

A very quiet place, in the village you can find several stores in case you missed something, there is security in the place, the pool water is warm and very nice view.

We loved the place, the house is very large and has a very nice terrace. The pool is bigger than it looks in the photos and the water was hot even at night when the weather was cold. The rooms are very spacious and each has its own bathroom, excellent for large groups. The host makes you feel right at home. We'll definitely be back.

Everything was great. I had no trouble finding the place and the house is in good condition. It's only a little difficult to regulate the hot water, but other than that everything is fine.

The place is beautiful, super spacious and comfortable. Follow the instructions as is from Marcela to arrive because if it is very ugly the rise of the street for the cars. There is no heating in the pool and the water is cold

Excellent home and a great value overall. The second floor has a beautiful view of the lake with a jacuzzi. Bedrooms have nice air conditioning. Nicely located between Chapala and Ajijic. Host was very responsive.

Excellent accommodation, very safe, quiet, restful, the only detail that the area has is that there is no cellular reception. But it's very quiet if you're looking to rest.

A very good place to stay, with several dishes for cooking, it has a fan in the living room. In the master bedroom it has a small desk to work. Very close there is a shop Very well stocked and nearby there are places to eat and wash clothes.

It is the ideal home to rest as a family. It is totally well equipped, everything is very new, comfortable beds, relentless facilities, kitchen utensils and tableware in perfect condition and with all the amenities. The layout of the house is perfect for rest but also for having the privacy of each one who is at home. The pool is warm and the garden area is perfect. We had a really nice and relaxing weekend! We were provided with clear directions and wonderful contacts, to make our stay even better! It's a plus that they have towels and basic personal hygiene stuff so they don't carry so much ! The condominium is quite quiet, the pool is large, and the apartment is quite comfortable 😬 thanks for all your attention!!!

Nice place to rest, very comfortable and cozy, privacy, tranquility, its pool with heated water and the area for the asada carnita. Acknowledgement to Mrs. Jessenia cleaning staff, forget my watch in the apartment and honestly returned it the day after our departure. Sergio also excellent service and follow-up to requests. Brenda at all times was in touch with us, relatively close to the airport, just a little noise with the neighbors who apparently had a party but didn't take long to be quiet, otherwise everything was excellent!!

I really enjoyed staying in the heart of Ajijic - close to the plaza and the excellent restaurants. The host was very responsive and the caretakers were very kind and friendly. I loved the cat that lived on the property too!

If you are looking for a nice and cozy living space, this is it. Beautiful landscaping in this peaceful gated community. with a great pool and within walking distance to many restaurants, a Plaza and a lake walkway. (malecon). I hope to return soon.

Excellent apartment for a good vacation, the condominium is in a great location and very good amenities. The apartment is perfect conditions and with everything you need to have a good time and not worry about anything.
