Nestled in the heart of the Forêt d'Orient Regional Natural Park, surrounded by fields and lakes, La Maison T&M invites you to take a break, away from the hustle and bustle of everyday life. 1.5 hours from Paris, 1 hour from Reims and 20 minutes from Troyes, our property is the starting point for a Champagne getaway combining nature, relaxation and discovery. Come and recharge your batteries in an authentic setting where the calm and beauty of the landscapes will punctuate your stay.

Riverside Priory, 2-Bedroom House

Nestled by the river Seine, in an artist village in the region of Champagne, this former priory is located only 100km from Paris (55mn direct train between the neighboring Nogent s/Sein and Gare de l'Est). This is an authentic and ressourcing place, newly renovated, loaded with 400 years of history. We have decorated the house with love and care, the equipment is very generous. Bikes of diverse sizes (for adults and children), kayaks, SUPs and other inside and outside equipments are available.

Situated in a tranquil village in the Champagne region, this self catering space provides a quiet place to do your own thing. Nearby to a prize Golf Course and also Chaource famous for its cheese, it's a good stopping point on your journey North or South or great for just a quiet stay to explore the picturesque region and do some wine/champagne tasting, walking and cycling. Une petite maison d'architecte chaleureuse en bois pour deux personnes avec son jardin privatif. Elle se trouve dans un verger au milieu des arbres fruitiers dans le calme et le silence. Située sur une butte, c'est un balcon sur la campagne bourguignonne, dans le Tonnerrois à proximité de Chablis et aux portes de la Champagne. J’habite à côté, je suis très disponible pour des conseils, des suggestions. Un ciel souvent fabuleux pour les amateurs d’astronomie.

Accommodation close to the highway and Nigloland

An accommodation that is very well surrounded by the Nigloland amusement park, Lake of the Orient Forest, a Grimpobranche, the Côte de Bars to visit the vineyard and/or cellars, there are also several restaurants and shops. All this is within 15-30 minutes. Within 30-45 minutes you can find the city of Troyes as well as many factory outlets, cinema, bowling, laser game and more. The added bonus is the highway exit which is 3 km away.

You can take nice bike rides, walk, with your dog, visit castles, vineyards, beautiful villages around the cottage. Close to the village halls. Cocooning cottage, fully equipped, sleeps 4 people. Enjoy a friendly moment in the countryside, with the song of birds, barbecues, rest on the enclosed patio.

Relax in this quiet and stylish space. Small Champagne-style house, located close to the historic city center of Troyes, the lakes of the Forêt d 'Orient, vineyards and factory shops. On the ground floor you have a fully equipped kitchen, a dining area and a tv lounge area. On the same level, you have one bedroom, one shower room and one toilet. Upstairs are two open-plan sleeping areas and an office. No pets allowed.
