It was one of the most beautiful and relaxing weekends we had. In the large bed you sleep very well and this shower is a dream. Everything is very clean and you feel very comfortable and safe. The best part is the private pool. It is such a luxury and we were able to recharge a lot and recover. A really nice house with lots of details and a great host. I'm sure we'll be back. Thank you

A very familiar and comfortable place. If you want to get away and rest, it's the right place. Everything was clean. The kitchen is ideal for preparing food and spending a few days there without leaving. The pool is clean and the garden is well maintained, an incredible view of the lake. We would definitely return.

Annie’s place was immaculate in every aspect imaginable. House was extremely warm and welcoming and let’s not to boast about the cleanliness of the home. Rented a few homes in the area this one was by far the most prestigious. My family and I felt the house was suitable for our large group of 7. Annie was extremely responsive and accommodating. We will be back again soon!

The ranch is a gorgeous and peaceful place to stay in the country, but not too far from town and Lake Chapala. The house has everything you might need. Mauricio was happy to help and easy to contact. Definitely ask about going for a horse ride! Absolutely marvelous place to enjoy with family.

the house is very clean, everything is very comfortable, good host. The only thing is that the arrival at the house was a little complicated, since I was sent the location but not the written address and I did not know which house it was, otherwise everything was perfect, highly recommended!!!!

Totally recommended! The house is great and Fabrizzio was always very friendly and communicative! The pool is heated and the temperature was maintained until night! They have the grass very well maintained and the interior of the house was super clean and comfortable! The main rooms even looked like a hotel! The whole family and friends were able to get to the location correctly and without problems! Fabrizzio always responded to all our inquiries quickly and on time. My pet Kira (Husky) was delighted with the space and I enjoyed it very much! There's also a very nice basketball court! There are a couple of shops nearby that accept cards and are very well stocked! We use the car and it's not even 5 minutes to get there! We'll definitely book it again later! Thank you so much for hosting us!

Very nice comfortable villa. Very quiet peaceful part of town very clean very open space overall it was a really really nice experience and a nice house would recommend for anyone traveling to Mexico.

A beautiful place to spend a few quiet days with the family. The house has everything you need to have fun and a great time. You don't need to leave the house, as it has all the services, the view is spectacular and the pool is always warm, Javier is always very attentive and willing to answer any questions, we will definitely return soon

It is a very large place, it has 3 bedrooms, and each one has a bathroom and shower, the kitchen is very well equipped, it has a grill, pizza oven and fire pit, the place is very comfortable.

My experience at the Depa Nuevo Chante was exceptional. The apartment is modern, clean and equipped with all the necessary amenities for a comfortable stay. WiFi was fast and reliable, which was ideal for my remote work and entertainment needs.​ The pool is a true oasis; I enjoyed relaxing moments in the sun and refreshing splashes. The location is quiet and safe, perfect to rest and disconnect from the daily bustle.​ Communication with the host was great, always attentive and willing to help at all times. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone looking for a pleasant stay near Chapala.

A private accommodation to rest, distract yourself from the routine, clear mind, think things, take advantage of the amenities such as the pool that is very comfortable. This would definitely be the best accommodation and that is petfriendly where you can escape with your pet and that the tour also takes advantage of the place and time is incredible, I will come back later because it is very worth spending time in this relaxing place.

The property is quiet, Alejandro is an exelente person and always very attentive. The pool although we didn't get in was comfortable (right now in hot weather) The silence of the place and respect for the rules with the neighbors is exceptional

Chanelle’s property at the Racquet Club is awesome. Perfect location for our needs. One little extra thing we needed, Chanelle was there with it before I was ready! Great communication, easy check in and out, and our dogs loved it too. Very pet friendly community.

The place is beautiful and quiet. Nidya was always attentive and responded promptly. The people in charge of the place are always very helpful and friendly. The apartment building is very comfortable and has very nice facilities. The heated pool is ALWAYS at a fabulous 32°C, and there's even a thermometer inside the water. For me, that's the ideal temperature for a pool, neither cold nor hot, just right. The plus of having a back door where you directly access the "games" area of the Jocotepec esplanade, you walk a little and you are in the esplanade stalls. A great location. I would definitely stay here again and enjoy how beautiful Jocotepec is.
